I agree I think the main issue was the fact that Game of Thrones with a two-part special which means it was a full 20-minute episode well House of the mammals was only a one part episode which means there's only a 10-minute episode if they would have extended it to 20 minutes by probably just moving the episode Dino World to where the episode Dino bodies and just scrapping Dino bodies to that I feel like going to make House of the mammals way better

@ I also really didn’t like the implementation of the early human, feels too goofy and I don’t like cavemen regardless. That and they’re now clear refusal of any previous series models means there’s much less creatures to explore this concept with. Smilodon, Mammoth, Titanoboa, Titanis, Bronto, all would have been cool to implement into this episode as players or opponents but noooooooooooooooooooo, we can only bring back models from Jane I guess (looking at you Sarco, maybe DireWolf too, but that designs is too majestic and cute for me to dislike, even if I really should).

personally I think they should have replaced the early human and the direwolf with woolly mammoth and Smilodon and then have Titanoboa and Titanic as opponents though I could see people like in different orders maybe direwolf could also be an opponent or could just be a replacement for either woolly mammoth or smile at all and I really don't know but there are some other ways they could have done this episode better

By the way, what are some other episodes of Dino Dan you’d remove or be majorly reworked, here’s mine. Gas-o-saurus - Not only is the entire promise based on a nonsense theory I’m pretty sure isn’t even scientific, but the gag of them almost but never really saying fart gets annoying He Shoots, He Roars - I’m being generous with what episodes to not remove for OG, but not here, that episode’s mostly boring Lunch Bag Bandit - It too is kinda boring Stop motion Dino - I’m not sure if this is a symptom of them stretching their small cast as thin as possible or not, but T.rex lifting his tail is one of the lowest hanging fruits of the entire franchise (and that’s saying a lot, given Archaeopteryx's and Gigantoraptor’s focus episodes). With that said, I’d go with a rework because the stop motion film is charming To Catch a Dino - I don’t remember much of this episode, but I feel like I won’t miss much Dino Dance - I don’t care a single shred for this episode and the Emdonto being facultative quadruped has already been covered Time Traveler's Dino - PLEASE have some actual Triassic animals, not some dumb lizards! Tyrannosaurus Trek and Quetza Grandma - Better style please Switched at Nest - Edmonto is already disrespected as is in Paleomedia, but saying it would commit Brood Parasitism because it’s soooooooo helpless it can’t defend its offspring, is a new level of dissect, more so than Jack Horner ever has given to T.rex. Dino Giants - T.rex beating Giga because of smarts is like saying a Para beats an Alberto because he’s louder. It maybe be true, but one is irrelevant to the other. Change it to make a point about bite force instead. Dino Pals - Given how Robert has his own field guide, I feel like he should be able to see dinosaurs too, I don’t care if it’s a different guide, I feel like it should happen. Dino Trek Ten Musical - Make the song actually good. With that said, it’s good visually, I just don’t like some of the dinos not appealing in the full shots of the auditorium. The Wizard of Dinoz - F*** it, make this one animated, the main cast just with Dino costumes isn’t all that charming or entertaining. This finale is my least favorite, since it’s just a Wizard of Oz retelling that’s it. I did like the museum scenes, there’s that. Game of Microraptor and Mouse - Not much notable about the episode, we didn’t need it. King of the Dance Floor, The Dino Giver and Dino Prints - These three feel like they shoulda been the one single episode, or just not exist because they star dinos with way too many appearances. Dino Rescue Train, Prehistoric Predator and Apexed - Oh my GOD these episodes are so repetitive and so slow! The former and latter in particular just repeat events over and over! Ugh! I’d keep and rework Apexed, dump Prehistoric Predator and cover the facultative herbivore concept (properly) in a new episode. Get That Incisivosaurus - I get don’t care for it Dinomite - This episode is the ultimate time waster, I don’t care about the discovery of T-Mr.OverplayedHimself-GodF***ingDam-Rex Face Your Fear-osaurus - This is arguably the worst cartoon style of them all and while rhyming narration can be charming this isn’t it by a long shot, it just feels childish. I’d dump this one in a heartbeat. Herd It Loud and Clear and Three Dinos and a Baby - Shoudla been one episode, or do more to differentiate themselves Lost and Sound and Shopping for Dinos - They should be the same episodes or not exist because Troodon, Dromaeo and Insicvio have enough appearances Dino Dana Season 1 finale - It bothers me how this is just a regular episode of 2 stories and not a double length one like all the others. Tusk Love - This feels like a regular episode stretched out, I feel like it could’ve been regular length Claw & Order and Good Cop, Bad Dino - Why is Dana so mean? ;( Reptile Connection - This episodes just feels like a lamer retread of Prehistoric Zoo due to the setting and an excuse put the Prehistoric reptile somewhere because they couldn’t think of any episodes for them DinoBack Riding - Make Hippodraco do something other than just stand there! Dino It’s Cold Outside - Another Troodon focused episode, and Urgunnaluk doesn’t do much either. I’d only rework the dinosaur part of the episode, the part with Dan, Trek and his grandma was sweet. The Egg or The Dino - Those costumes are nightmare fuel, make this one animated or just get rid of it entirely. Also the Brachi laying eggs mid walking is dumb, the eggs should break and die on impact. Reach of the Tooth and Dinner-saurus - Both of these episode rely on Dana being a dumbass and waste their focus creature on more low hanging fruit episodes. Hot and Cold Dino - The warm blooded thing feels like another low hanging fruit an T.rex appear too much. Dino Catastrophe - Filler episode episode and another appearance or Troodon who appears too much Flying Expectations - I like a Quetzie episode, but make it about something else, weather it could fly or not feels like a low hanging fruit. Danceasaurus - Why the f*** are the dinosaurs doing coordinated dance numbers?! Dino Memories and Dinosauroid - Again we don’t need more Troodon and Dinosauroid is far too outdated Dino in the Nest - This episode feel weird in the wrong ways. Why is Dex the only one who turns into a Dinosaur? Why does Dana’s Mom act like this is normal but not Saara? And Dana’s Mom’s acting feels off. Sound of Dinosaurs - Pls make new models instead of textures and reskins. Also make the last song good, it felt rather lame and anticlimactic. Also also, It bothers me how the solution to identifying dinosaurs is to imaging them fighting, them feels like it’ll encourage children to become awesomebros. Chickenosaueus Rex - This one feels so slow! That and T.rex being Thicc doesn’t feel much like “reimagining everything we thought about dinosaurs”, maybe becuase Prehistoric Planet is already a thing A Dino Tail - Another Low Hanging fruit we didn’t need. I dunno if Sarco tail regen is plausible or not, make it, make it it’s own episode Dino Dress Up - Herbivores being bright to warn predators is a load of bulls***, That’s like saying a man with a gun and a rose will stab you with the rose. That and Velo is too big to be an oxpecker equivalent, given how giant bugs were only in the Paleozoic. Dino Touchdown - T.rex fight shoulda been it’s own episode, the rest feels like filler. Jealous saurus - Shoulda been about sauropods are segregating by age like they actually do, also pls make proper baby and teen Dreaddy models My Prehsitoric Pet - Shuv would've been a good pet because THEY DON’T EAT F***ING DOGS! Why does she try to eat a dog?! Dino Bodies - Ur right, it’s filler, but I didn’t dislike it, I’m just indifferent. House of the Mammal - We already talked about that one Dino Discovery - Have an Prehistoric Squid and don’t set it in the deep ocean

I agree with you for the most part with a few exceptions for example I think the animated episodes of Dino Dan Trek's Adventures would have been way better if they had the same art style as the animated Dino dex episode Dino World since I think that art style is appealing in the dinosaurs look pretty similar to the actual animals the episode wizard of Dinoz personally I think it's a fine enough episode just I wish there was more dinosaur screen time in it personally I think the episode Apexed is not horrible I personally I like it I can understand why people would not really liked it but honestly the only reason why I say we should not get rid of it is because it's the only episode livyatan hand appears in and I think it does a pretty decent job getting a point across but I definitely agree the episode prehistoric Predators should go and they should just keep the episode Apexed because Megalodon already has another episode to itself Face Your Fear-osaurus is easily the worst animated episode in the whole franchise and I agree I would be perfectly fine with them scrapping it though honestly I think that it actually should stay just with a different art style for the animated parts and we need a few episodes where Dana is not only considering the feelings of herself good cop bad Dino I actually don't mind those episodes and think that they should stay mainly because I think it's kind of funny how titanoboa was arrested willingly because to be honest there's literally no way they could have arrested a snake that big and yes I know it's an imaginary episode but I don't care I still find it funny how they literally arrested a Titanoboa and took its mugshot but I do definitely agree that Dana is very mean of those episodes especially the part where she pretty much just threatens to destroy one of the eggs of the sinornithosaurus like she really just threatened to get rid of one of the children of this dinosaur just because it's still one of Dana's egg she was using in an art project like that's a bit far at least it was justified in Dino Dana the movie they were trying to break one of the quetzas eggs in exchange to not feed them to its children but in that episode honestly I think they definitely was kind of weird personally the musical episode of Dino Dan Trek's Adventures the song isn't the best but personally I kind of grown attached to it and I don't think they should get rid of the episode and opposed to the dino Dana musical episode if you were the show someone that wanted to get into those franchise that episode they would probably never come back while opposed to the episode in Dino Dan Trek's Adventures I think they actually want to see more of the series any episode of Dino Dana where they dress up in those weird dinosaurs skin suit should immediately be burned and banned off the face of the Earth like you literally have a backpack that makes you look like any dinosaurs was this really necessary ? jealous Sarurus I think was actually fine pretty much I just think they should have had baby designs for the dreadnoughtus my prehistoric pet I think was actually a pretty good episode besides the fact that they say an animal that technically is not a wolf but basically acts like it looks just like a wolf except larger is a better pet than a literal bird sized animal that eats insects House of the mammals I thought would have been a better episode of they just got rid of the episode Dino bodies move the episode Dino World to where the episode Dino bodies is and then just extended the episode House of the mammals to be a 20-minute episode so they can actually explore each creature properly and your question about sarcosuchus tail regeneration apparently modern crocodilians when they are young they're able to regrow their tails if they were to get ripped off though this episode was way more sense if instead of it having sarcosuchus which is a relative to the crocodilian group but is not a true crocodilian they should have just had gryposuchus since it's actually a true crocodilian and it actually matches the model of the Sarco way better than the Sarco does also while they're at it they might as well get rid of those spikes but with them using Sarco I guess it's not impossible but I wouldn't exactly say that it's like super likely also sorry I wasn't able to remember most of these episodes since I don't remember most of the Dino Dan episodes since I haven't really watched the series in a while and for Dino Dana I mainly only re-watched the episodes where I've done the screen time of the creature from them since those are the only episodes ever watched recently but for the most part yeah I agree with what you have to say and I'll probably do a rework of Dino dex when I do my Dino Dex review and maybe in the future I'll rework some of the other series

yeah I have zero clue why they redesign this creature when they could have just kept its regular design if they're barely going to even use it especially since its redesigned is no more accurate than the original design and it looks about as good as the original design as well and honestly there's a way we could have gotten a different dinosaur that could be used in other episodes that they could have redesigned but no instead they redesigned the creature that they really had for one episode and barely even use that well in the episode it was in

at least Megalodon was the main focus of an episode pretty much kind of but meganeura was literally just there for Canon fodder to be eaten by velociraptor

I definitely would say the other 17 episodes are definitely better than the first nine and honestly if you have an opinion about the show I recommend watching the latest 17 episode first but I do have to say I don't like that they made the thing fly that breaks all Cannon for the series and now I'm going to have to try to explain that in my video explaining how things work in the show man that's going to be a nightmare

@@eondude2675 to be fair it’s not as bad as the Dreadnoughtus and Ankylosaurus tails falling off, the bone T-Rex, Dex and Kayla fighting the Dino’s with super powers, Dex talking after transforming in the T-Rex, and the T-Rex changing to purple. Seriously did they get people who have no idea what this series is about? Also I did finish Dino Dex now.

admittedly those other ones seem more far-fetched but I can at least explain those for example the dreadnoughtus and ankylosaurus tail falling off were both due to dex wondering what would happen if they drop their tails and at least I can kind of see I guess he has a new ability to be able to change things to see what would happen if an animal where they do something and it's weird that they did it at all especially since it was a one-time thing also the skeleton T-Rex is also very weird I can admit that but again it's another episode where Dex is trying to figure out something about an animal so I guess that's why they started off as a skeleton instead they probably should just started it off as the dino Dana T-Rex and had it turned into the dino Dex T-Rex but okay the episode super dinos pretty much the whole episode is an imaginary episode just they don't really show it to be an imaginary episode 2 well so it's kind of hard to tell but it is an imaginary episode so I think that one's able to be written off and the pink T-Rex is a similar situation to the dinosaurs Tails falling off or it's just texting what if an animal looked differently there is a better way they could have shown it but oh well I hope that they don't do this anymore in the future but I have absolutely zero explanation for the flying albertonectes since it breaks all the rules of the franchise the other ones are borderline breaking the franchise and maybe introduces a new ability but like I can't even explain the flying albertonectes also this is kind of a bit of a side note I'm not the biggest fan of them introducing new mechanic as in being magical since I liked I was just kind of just the field guide but I think it actually makes sense for the backpack to be magical since first thing it explains why there was disappointed working on the dinosaurs not only that but also it explains how you are able to hold So Many Items honestly I think it makes sense for it to be magical and it doesn't really matter otherwise the other things like manipulate very questionable and hopefully it stays as being a one-time thing that is never brought up again like how Dana literally bring a whole entire human back to life in that one episode

@@eondude2675 the thing about those odd things is I get the reasons, but it goes against the feeling of the show. The problem is that this franchise has been shown to be pretty grounded. The creatures could interact with stuff yeah, but they also felt real. This show always made you believe the creatures were real due to the thought of imagination. They acted like natural animals would which only made them feel like they were really there. They wouldn’t have their tails fall off or randomly change the color of their bodies out of nowhere. Dino Dex plays into them knowing the creatures aren’t real which breaks the immersion. Even when the other shows did stuff like this they always kept them to the imaginary episodes. A good example is the comic book episode from Trek’s Adventures. They clearly showed you that it was an imaginary scenario by having Trek’s T-Rex mimic a brachiosaurus or Trek surfing on lava. But they never show this stuff happing in the real world like Dino Dex does. Super Dinos feels like they didn’t even try to mark the line between imaginary and reality. It’s absurd. Hope this clears it up.

oh yeah I know I definitely agree it took me a week even to get those explanations for and those barely are even acceptable also I don't even know why the episode super dinos even exists that episode pretty much is just the introduction to the characters but they could have just introduced them in the episode Dino World which is a significantly better episode with those characters they make it very obvious that it's a comic book that they're inside of and just generally compared to that episode I don't know why Superman even happened also generally a simplified version of how the series works for lease from what I can understand is that the dinosaurs are real but bring the life through imagination and can only be seen by certain characters who truly wants to see them and also interact with the dino field guide and generally I hope they learn for their mistakes in season 1 of Dino dex and it gets better in the later Seasons with the continuity I probably will go in depth on how they could fix all the episodes in my Dino dex review of the whole entire series but that video will probably won't come out till early next year

that's one of the reasons I wanted to do the screen time of this documentary since it focuses on some animals that you don't see in media and as much as they should be honestly I hope this group of animals getting more documentaries in the future and also I kind of like that they didn't completely Focus the whole thing on sarcosuchus since it already has a documentary to itself and it features in many other documentaries and mainly focuses on some of its relative and other crock relatives that are not it though they still do give enough mention to sarcosuchus
