Thanks ! But how about 4 years wisteria? It now crawls on the ground . I didn’t tie it nor punch it yet ?

I was given a Wisteria as a gift, I live we're our weather is hot(95+) & humid. My question is should I plant my tree on a shady area or full sun?

You should cut it at an angle on the bottom and straight at the top. That way you have a little pointy part to stick into the dirt

Did this hundreds of times. Never worked. Finally just put 2 cuttings in water. Both rooted.

After picking off the infected leaves, would they benefit from a light spritz bath of dilluted castile soap with distilled water? Or is that pointless😂

What about French Lavender after they've flowered. Do you deadhead spent flowers straight away or leave until pruning next spring

How long will this method keep plants watered? Is 2 weeks possible for seedlings?

Clover is non native and invasive. It will choke out native ground cover. It will invade natural areas and keep spreading.

my lawn is full of clovers with no work required. just live next to neighbors who don't take care of their lawn and tada perfect yard full of clovers and dandelions in all seriousness though I think clover flowers are pretty and I have better things to do with my time than obsess over weeds. I'm glad my neighbors don't care either, lol

I have a rose bush that was planted in the 1950s. I have to move and I want to know how long can I keep the new rose bush in a pot. I don't know exactly when I'm moving, but it may be in about a year. Can a rose bush be in a pot that long before putting it into the ground? Thx!

Oh crap I've pruned it too hard 😢 5 or 6cm of old twiggy wood stems left. Miss the bees visiting. Will have to replant a new plant.
@HKLee-dn1fh3 ай бұрын
Yes it works! I've been growing lemon grass from the store bought cutting for 2years. Its growing big and healthy in my vegetable garden now.
Will the green stems left on the plant eventually turn woody? Will this make the plant larger and larger over time, by not being able to prune it small enough?
@windflower58802 ай бұрын
Yes, the green stems become woody later. You can cut lower than he showed providing there is active leaf growth below where you cut. If you cut to bare wood, you'll likely kill that stem. The lavender will produce new growth from the base, so it's helpful to go through and remove stems that are getting too long or floppy from time to time.
