How come you don't use lasers to square and align things if you are on a jig?

Dear Dilraj Bhai and Team, I am writing to bring to your attention the incredible work of Mr. Bajrang Jat from Churu, who has single-handedly built a real-size, two-seater airplane. Mr. Jat, despite leaving formal education after the 6th grade, dedicated eight years and significant personal investment (approximately 15 lakh rupees, including a bank loan and support from friends) to his passion for aviation. This dedication culminated in the creation of this impressive aircraft. His accomplishment has already garnered media attention, as evidenced by this KZbin video:kzbin.info/www/bejne/eGTSh6d_ocyqbNUsi=YUBuLhrOrkrXaBg7 We believe Mr. Jat's story and achievement hold immense potential to inspire and motivate others. We kindly request your support in helping him take the next step: testing and flying his creation. Currently, Mr. Jat works at the CCL MPCOST Science Center in Bhopal. We firmly believe that collaborating with him could contribute significantly to the advancement of scientific and technological pursuits in India. Furthermore, your involvement could not only provide valuable guidance and resources to Mr. Jat but also serve as an inspiration to countless individuals across the country, demonstrating the power of dedication and perseverance in achieving one's dreams. We would be honored to connect you directly with Mr. Jat to discuss his story and explore potential collaboration opportunities. You can reach him at 9461797942, and I am also available at 9602141444. We eagerly await your positive response and look forward to exploring how we can work together to support Mr. Jat and his remarkable invention. Thank you for your time and consideration. Until you've built a plane, it's hard to understand the thought and effort that goes into simply fabbing various devices to hold the different parts in place, while still being able to cover and paint them! Looking good!

Nice job. I am ready this summer to cover my 22/20 with Poly Fiber i also heard Air teck could be one way, wondering what will be the best method i should use ? Can you tell what system you are using ? Regards

Man, that red & gray wing looks great! Question for you though: Wouldn't a light-colored powder coat on the fuselage make inspection easier, than when it's black? Seems like a white powder coat aft of the baggage compartment might reflect light better during annual inspection, so it would be easier to see what's going on back there. Just a thought.

Very nice--that just-welded fuselage is looking very good! Interesting take on extending the stabilizers forward, to increase surface area. Does that impact balance at all? I also noticed that there doesn't seem to be many of the Cub-type aircraft (EAB variety) with the stream-lined (cambered) tailed feathers...like the Bearhawk aircraft use. Anyone up there doing that sort of thing?

This is not a problem unique to Supercubs: Sadly it seems to affect the PA-22 line as well. It seems there are people cutting corners DRASTICALLY across all lines of tube & fabric aircraft...

Incredible aircraft. I wish you sold plans for the 4-place fuselage, for those of us who don't live anywhere near you...but would like to build one.

Thanks very much for posting this and sharing your knowledge for the aviation community. Building and repairing is a whole airplane science on its own and I know a lot of us really appreciate when a professional shares his wealth of experience.
