Hey, that depends on various factors. Judges, lawyers, complexities, your pro activeness, etc. In my experience, you spend at least 3 years in the lower Court and about 5 each in higher. So 10 to 12 years on an average for complete disposal.

What if a men says no , tab Agar uske saath hoga toh husband bhi claim karega . Lastly , after marring bhi jail jana hai . What is the point of getting married .

High court ka release order aaya hm logo ne bail bond bhara ADJ judge cchuti me the to dusre judge se release kraya gya.Tittel name do the Yadav (Ray) Ray naam se jail me Entry huye. Release order jane ke baad use correction ke liye return aaya... Advocate se jankari kraya to pta chala ha aaya tha correction ho gya..pr time bhut liya ja rha hai..10 days ho gya..aage koi problem ho to mai aage kya krunaga.. Reply 3/7/24 to 9/7/24...

Sir apne kha ki legally competent means competent under some provision of law but sir police officer is competent to investigate leki unko di gyi statement ko corroborate nhi Kiya ja skta because of sec162 crpc

Those statements are after the investigation has started. An investigation begins after registration of an FIR. There are instances where certain statements are recorded before the investigation has begun, for instance, a police officer records a statement of a victim who might not survive. In that case, if the victim does not survive, the statement would fall under section 32 of the Indian evidence act. But where he survives it'll be treated under section 157 of the Indian evidence act and not 161 crpc because the investigation had not begun at the time of recording the statement.

This session is mind blowing with regard to cross examination with live practical. How question & answer with suggestion to be put before the Court during Cross Examination. It is really a helpful for the young generation or who want to be a part of law. With regard to one of comment which is expressed related to suggestion. It is true that if one who see the content then he will never forget that how to give suggestion on a particular fact. It is so easily explained that any dump person get to know. I really to be thankful having such wonderful session and like more video to be released by sir.
