That was the problem, that before that it was part of the Ottoman Empire. And the Arabs of Palestine continued to think of themselves as part of it. Look at their projects of that time - to become part of greater Jordan, or Egypt. They were not interested in Palestine. The other side was aimed at building a separate state.

A true master is one that would treat others as he would himself; intelligent but not judgemental and not arrogant; willing to teach but not force a teaching; powerful but humble. I see too many examples of masters that are more like masters of arrogance and hedonism. I will read what they write for fun but i take it with grain of salt due to what they did to society. As society is right now is what they are apart of and i do not support that at all.
