Pak, faktor apa saja yang perlu dipertimbangkan untuk memilih tipe mosfet. Pengalaman klo supply kecil (128 vdc) tipe mosfet 88n30 itu panas namun diganti dengan irf260 normal. Kira2 apa yang perlu di adjust kalau tetap ingin menggunakan mosfet 88n30 dengan supply 128 ? atau apa yang menyebabkan mosfet tersebut panas pak ?. mohon arahan

I had a mains hum on one side when no xlr was connected. It was a bad tvs diode at the back of the main board there are two on each side near to where the reap input panel connects to main board.

Hi. I have a 50hz hum on one channel but when i connect the xlr input it goes away. Any idea what is causing this? Thanks. Where to find service manual / schematics for the Digam 5000?

I found the problem. A bad tvs diode on the main board near the input section at the back. there are two P6KE18CA on each side. One was low resistance. Horrible task removing those daughter boards. Take care not to burn the main board if using hot air station to remove. The trick is the be able to grab it well so as to find the correct angle to pull at once all the solder was melted. I started replacing the header pins with removable male and female pins. Removing the silicone on daughter / driver boards revealed quite a bit of corrosion underneath. With my scalpel I sliced an inductor by mistake (looks like a resistor in brown but marked L1 or similar), hopefully the replacement is close enough as I don't really want to remove the other board to match it up. Also have an issue with a digam 3000 which 50% of the time lights up all signal led's till orange led on one side only at power on but audio sounds fine. Also a problem with a D3002 it makes electronic noises from one speaker regardless of volume. Might be a bad filter cap after the pre amp section. Sounds like part of the digital driver waveform might be making it's way through to the final stage.
