My deep thanks and gratitude to the Portland sangha for sharing Luang Por's teaching. I was fortunate to hear his teaching at SIMS in Seattle as well. We are so fortunate to have this wise teacher alive in our time.

Wonderful Dhamma talk ..Laung Por emphasises again that nothing is personal..any identification causes suffering and that nothing is permanent, and how not knowing this causes us suffering. An excellent example of how if one works on Dhamma and doesn’t identify with the body, then there is no need to suffer with old age. Thank you deeply Laung Por for sharing your wisdom and helping to spread Dhamma in the West.

Sadhu! Sadhu! Sadhu! Thank you for sharing this wonderful talk by Ajahn Sumedho. This is one of the most clear explanations of Dhamma-Vinaya. One can see that the Venerable has benefited from exactly what he describes. It is proof that one need only the Four Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path to make a life filled with meaning and value to all. Thank you.
