Well it sort of depends. If this is an alternate history where Napoleon was never defeated and his empire ruled till WW2, and he fought Hitler there, I'd say Napoleon would win, as yes I know the Austrian painter has more troops than napoleon used to, but if he survived till 1940, he'd probably have amassed an army as big if not bigger than the Austrian painter's. But if this is if Napoleon was teleported using a time machine to the future (WW2), Austrian painter low-mid diff wins. But like I said before, if Napoleon won the Napoleonic wars or something, and lived till 1940, he wins since he would easily have been able to keep up with the new technology, if not got even MORE tech, but if you mean A. painter maximum prime (all area occupied by no-no Germany), then he wins high-extreme diff, though it depends since Napoleon gets battle IQ, so maybe he would win, and just remember he got to Moscow, which Austrian painter didn't, so Napoleon could sneak attack from the Moscow territory, and Germany would lose due to it fighting a 2-front war, but then again, Germany had nuclear tech, and could try building nukes. If Germany successfully built a nuke, then A. P. wins. And don't get me started on Man In The High Castle no-no Germany, that version wins no diff, New Order (HOI4 mod) Germany wins mid-high diff, or low diff, because it has small land area, but it has 20K nukes, so probably neg-no diff. (yes neg and no diff are different. Neg means negative and no just means 0) But yes, it depends on what you mean. Also napoleon probably would've died before A. P. was born even if he won the Napoleonic wars. But JUST IF he survived long enough till WW2, and this is 1940 Germany (Germany occupies Austria, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Lowland countries) and invades France just like in actual WW2, Napoleon wins because Napoleon has conquered Italy, Spain, and western Russia.

I agree that jungle joyride is a pretty lengthy and an extremly difficult stage, but once i mastered every single route, and mini encounters, and the dreaded water running section in the stage, it became one of my favorite stages in the game.
