So Ive only beaten FF9 one time for one specific reason. I have tried to replay and always stop at the jump rope... ADHD is real... That said completing that challenge once would break me free of these shackles as this is very likely the best one.

Haven’t played this game for about 20 years, but the tunes from the soundtrack still play in my head when I’m doing an “epic task” like painting a room or taking my dog on a really long walk with no headphones 😂 Crazy how games of this era had better scores than most movies ever made. Love it.

Ff9’s battle boss theme is an homage to ff4’s battle boss theme.

One of the few games where when I launched it, I stopped to listen to the menu music, it's so good! Only other game where I've stopped playing just to listen to the music was Farcry 5, the visuals and music in some scenes in that game gave me goosebumps (Oh the bliss track for instance)
