NBA was fierce back in the 80s and 90s. It is soccer-like today. I can't watch it anymore.

Punto

Meanwhile, the "great" LeBron James gets physically carried off the basketball court because of a cramp. My wife gets worse cramps, and she doesn't need to be carried anywhere. NBA players are rather weak.

Probably the biggest thing about Bobby was this...he was an unbelievable HUSTLER... man he could just literally take off from an Arctic cold start and be anywhere he wanted to on the rink before anybody even realized where he was... That's including his teammates.. probably the most amazing thing in my life to watch this man play...

14:12 Penguins entered the 2010 Stanley Cup playoffs as the reigning champ, they beat Ottawa in the first round game 6 after the Senators staved off elimination in game 5 at Pittsburgh on Matt Carkner's triple overtime goal.

He unquestionably rivals Gretzky in my opinion. The level of skill and pure natural ability is beautiful to watch, and there is no one in the league today with that ridiculous degree of instinct and physicality combined with scoring ability that just has to be witnessed to fully understand and appreciate. One of the GREATS.

Thanks for sharing this! If you haven't already, please check out former NHL goalies Dominic Hasek and Ryan Miller. For me, they are my all-time favorite goaltenders and two of the best to ever play the position.

He was a real entertaining player who was pretty skilled all around. He gets a lot of attention for his huge hits, but he was capable in many areas. He retired earlier than most hockey players, but he was able to do so on his own terms. He enjoys a life of fishing and hunting these days, and I can really respect that.

Here's what amazes me... Go ahead and look at the skates that Bobby used at the time... Now you compare them to the 3000 dollar skates of today.... Could you possibly imagine Bobby's ability on the skates of today????... He would have been an absolute menace to every single team

To answer your question: Martin Brodeur is the NHL leader with 3 goalie goals (1 shot, 2 own goals). Ron Hextall is next with 2 (both shot). Every other goalie on this list has just 1. The video is old because there's been a couple of new ones since then :)
@exile220ify3 ай бұрын
Hextall was a great shooting goaltender, but I'd actually rank Mike Smith ahead of him in terms of accuracy. Do a KZbin search on "Gotta See It: Smith threads the needle during Four Line challenge" and you'll see what I mean.
@exile220ify3 ай бұрын
Marty Brodeur is arguably the greatest goaltender in NHL history, and having three goals to his credit just adds to that credibility.
