I have the R-Winger, you don't need a handle on the board as it is narrow enough to carry on its rail or its cut out. Glad it doesn't have a handle also as its less weight and potentially less water disturbance for take off.

@colin-i4m I still want a carrying handle. My Sunova Carver is even narrower than R winger, but still inconvenient for me. I guess people have difference preferences. I do not believe a few hundred of weight saving at best is not worth the trouble for my taste. I am eyeing on the 2024 Statboard Take Off these days. Kinda sad since I have been riding JP since the windsurfing era..

@@Tobeon2 No problem, as you say everyone has different preferences. However, I think the Sunova Carver has round rails and no cut away at the back but only going by images so could be wrong. The R-winger has hard release rails and a cut away that I find makes it easy enough to carry...the cut away makes it an even narrower board to carry so I have no wish for a handle on this board.
