In college I knew two guys like him. Brilliant. Everything they did was very idiosyncratic. Amazing stuff but not designed for anyone else. Nobody but Terry would hard-code the whole system to run in 16 color mode, fixed and low resolution. And no networking!

Started watching, got chills for 1 minute, then I found myself completely invested in what he was talking about 😳; backing up every ten seconds or so to make sure I got the gist. Even if you're well versed, he is concise and jumbled at the same time. Spectacular what he pulled off here.

Can someone tell me how to get in the program where he generated words and one word from a huge wordlist appeared at each line? I tried looking everywhere but I’m not so advanced with a terminal yet and the structure of the system.

Im just a beginner too, but i believe i have found your answer after a little bit of poking around in templeOS. If you just want to generate random words, all you have to do is click f7 for GodWord. If you want to change the wordlist for GodWord, i believe you have to go to your directory, click on "Adam", then click on "God", and then click "Vocab.DD.Z" for the list of words. From there you can make whatever changes you like.

I've been listening to this song on and off for... wow almost two decades at this point. I can vaguely remember downloading it because I liked the name. The bit that starts at 1:40 was always my favourite, that pseudo melody with the percussion against the subdued pads.
