Thank you Monique for your ongoing anchoring and encouragement to practice such body wisdom! Engaging the G.I.R. today with your video enabled a somatic awareness and fluidity, that I imagine lowered my inflammation and redirected my cortisol cascade. This is absolutely the sort of behavior that supports a positive reset and recentering and affirmation of Good Orderly Direction in me, that I can luxuriate with in restorative periods or slip into a busy worklife in the hospital breakroom.
