idk if its because of how sound travels or what but it bothers me so much how the pit and the metronome just arnt lining up

it is the sound traveling. im sure the echo doesn't help either

It’s because the pit’s sound travels entirely forward, so it has to bounce backward to reach anyone on the field, so the sound is late for them, that’s why they don’t listen to the pit. Same for the metronome, it travels forward, so if you’re far to the side of it, it has to bounce back towards you first, so it’s late.

Idk if this is a weird comment to make or not (and you’re also waaaaay better than I am, just putting that out there now), but you seemed to have gotten way out of your box in the 2022 season when I look back on these 2021 videos. Just really cool to see that growth I guess.

All corps were a bit more "traditional" in their programs for 2021. The whole season wasn't even scored. Most even wore regular uniforms.

Yes it is. This is pre season so they were probably taking it under time.

The tempo sounds slower when it’s cleaner and without a met. If you compare footage from Detroit to finals it sounds faster imo even though it’s not
