Subbed. I've owned many different vehicles and keep coming back to E9x. I love these wagon swaps. Theres a few locally. I still have a N54 with carbon swapped roof, but my daily is now a 328i LCI. I want to keep that car as is for daily duties. Maybe swap a Zf6 or manual in the future.

Enjoyed the video. I have a ‘93 900 S and agree you don’t need the turbo for a 900 to be fun. Some stats from my ‘93 brochure: The manual transmission gear ratios were identical for the 2.1 and Turbo. 2.1 - 140 hp / 133 lb-ft tq 2.0 Turbo - 160 hp / 188 lb-ft tq

Friends of my parents had Saab back in the 70's. It was such a cool vibe to have a 'import' back then. He lived in Vermont and said they were great in the snow.

The heat and air controls/levers are so cool. Beautiful car. In the 50's families were large, so no problem filling the car up with 9 people.🧑‍🤝‍🧑👭👫👬🤸‍♀

Loved seeing that pale blue 900T 5dr, my dad had one of the first, identical colour to yours, also 5dr, LHD and built in 1979. It was a German market car, imported to the UK in about 1982. His (and every other one I've seen) had the rubber spoiler beneath the rear window. Scrapped years ago sadly, it rusted around the tailgate and wheelarches after just a few years for some reason. I still have the front numberplate from it, all that survives of that car alas.

Nicely preserved example. The 5 doors are really rare in NA. They did import them in '79 and '80. I had an '80 Turbo 5 door. Really wish I'd kept it.

This is a $2500 bike. They don’t sell because few people want them. I had a ST3s a more desirable model for sale at $3700 and no calls for 3 months. They are good bikes but people just don’t buy them

Nice, nice, nice! I have been lucky enough to have owned a 1991 928S4 and a 1993 928 GTS. I've also owned a 1990 964 and a 1996 993 plus a couple of 944s and 3 Boxsters. All of them are lovely in their different ways. No need to get into the 928 versus 911 discussion, you're really not comparing apples with apples! They both have their plus and minus points. I have also been lucky enough to have had a few Ferraris (2 x 328 GTB, 360 Modena, F355 GTB and a 456GT) Honestly not showing off, trust me I've had some really crappy cars (1972 Wartburg Knight, 1969 Ford Escort 1100, 1969 Triumph 1300, 1970 Ford Capri 1600 XL, 1969 Triumph 2.5 Pi). They weren’t comfortable after a couple of hours. A friend of mine had the S4 with automatic back around Y2K. I drove it Sydney to Canberra one time. The offset pedal position became tiresome especially since the bottom of your quad had to rest across the side bolster. The seats were comfortable just not properly inline with the pedal position. At least not in the RHD versions in Australia. Very tractable engine no doubt there. I also test drove (and almost bought) a 928 S with the 5 speed manual. That was a superb experience. We drove it in the pouring rain far faster than we should have. Very impressive traction and overall stability. I don’t rate it highly in its design mission of GT but it was a decent sports car (despite the mass) in manual guise. But maybe that’s just my very brief experience with this car over 20 years ago. 😂 YMMV. Thanks for the video. Oh, and I didn’t mind the atmospheric 80s music at the start. Suits what the 928 was all about.
