Maybe you should ride a Pivot or Orbea Ebike and leave those for the streets. In most places that class 2 bike or anything with a throttle will fetch you a fine if you get caught.

I took a test to operate a motor vehicle and pay a yearly license fee for tags for road use and have to renew my operators license ever so often.

I have never really been seriously in the market for an e-bike. I always wanted to make a Grin e-bike but am not that DIY. I want to demand regenerative braking, but wonder why that is not really a thing almost anywhere in the ebike space?

Are any of the Cyberbike models built to fit 6'5" riders? Their website simply states the the XL is for riders over 6'1". How much over 6'1"? Even a few inches too little makes a big difference in comfort.

I test drove an Abound SR and wanted to love it more than I did after climbing a short steep hill. I wanted a more nimble version of a cargo bike for my work. The Abound struggled to climb a hill with a 254 pound dude on it, with my tools I would be slightly over 400 and the Abound wouldn't be strong enough for my area, amazing other wise. If a bigger motor is introduced I will jump at it.

Most people that are using the e-bike to commute live paycheck to paycheck to survive. They will just stop riding those bikes if they have to pay more money for insurance everything is all about the money.

These illegal bans on ebikes for the disabled using their OPD-MD s per the ADA law will have to exclude all and any disabled people using their OPD-MD s on any government or private land open to the public or face multiple class action law suits. Two Florida towns are violating the ADA law where i live and will regret not excluding the disabled use of their OPD-MD s in their new ebike bans, 😢

That’s not a pool noodle, that is insulation for plumbing.

The ADA act allows the use of any OPD-MD other power driven mobility device on any government or private land open to the public. My OPD-MD happens to be a 750watt ebike, i carry proof of my legal disability with me along with my 50 years of motorcycle endorsements, $500k of liability on both my OPD-MD s, these states and local governments need to enact the opdmd disability clause into their legislation before they are sued by the disabled.😢

These are all awesome bikes but I'm looking for a little more speed than 30+ mph.... Like double that would make me feel a lot safer on the road, and would be a lot more fun off-road. 😁👍🖤 Edit: I think Lectric would be my choice to review like the cargo bike... That is really cool and I bet my son would love it because I could take him on long rides. 😊

It’s garbage, after 3 months they flatten out and provide nearly nothing towards protection, but will say their support is pretty good as they are currently sending me two new ones after i got a flat from a staple…

What most don’t realize, even with E-bikes that are classed 3 /28mph aren’t really designed to even go that fast! The suspension isn’t designed for it and disc brakes aren’t designed for nor is the COG of the frames. These Chinese companies aren’t concerned about your well being folks.

I have rode mine for a year as my every day vehicle. It is 2.5k on amazon. If u can afford it get 1 you will not be disappointed

We got scammed for $2200. They knew what they were doing taking orders and lying about the status of the product. Then they disconnected the phone. Don’t buy anything from San Diego it’s a dumpy place full of scammers.
