Great discussion from two giants in the corporate training field. Definitely good points on how to practically apply more learning in the flow of the work.

Good common sense recommendations and suggestions. Too often, we look for magic or silver bullets and trip over basic blocking and tackling and getting your own team on board. I'll admit the one key stakeholder that we tend to forget about are the trainers and their mindset.... Thanks Bob and Con for a great podcast.
