Hello! Yes, the bag is real leather. I'm not sure what the lining is made from. All the hardware has the logo. It has a VIP thank you card.

Hello! The gifts change every year. I believe it is based on how many Chanel beauty products you purchase throughout that current year. I have seen this same VIP gift on Poshmark. I have only used it once and was thinking of selling. I will post if I decide to.

That is a really lovely gift. I love mine 😁 We have the same gold welcome gift here in the UK. Silver was the small jewellery box with Blooming Bouquet mini. I became platinum yesterday on my 2nd account and was surprised by the gift. I’ve never seen anyone receiving this as a platinum welcome gift. Maybe they ran out the gifts… haha… It’s the glow ritual set or whatever it’s called. Blue velvet pouch with crème abricot, rosy glow blush and pink lip glow oil. Still a lovely gift as I use these items every day

It's definitely worth it. I have turned this tote into a work tote and use it every day. I put an organizer in it for more compartments. I started a new account for the gold welcome gift. It matches this tote bag. Will upload soon.

I hit platinum a few weeks ago. I am having trouble receiving my welcome gift. They said they will send it out manually as I couldn’t claim it on the website. The gift is supposed to be a set of 3 leather charms. I would much rather get what you’ve got!

They are nice and soft these pads. I got a box of them very recently. They haven’t been available on the UK Dior website for a while now but I did ask in the John Lewis store and they had a box on offer from £15 to £11.20

I depends on what level you are at the beginning of your birth month. I don't think it will change during the birth month. I saw that I will stay platinum till Feb 2025. I'm hoping I'll get the holiday and birthday platinum gifts since my birth month is Jan.
