Seems strange without a definitive boundary…looks great at first glance but some of the features are incredibly hard to maintain and not my style…work smarter not harder Love the pool, high ceilings and the fire pit although as i said maintenance is a lot but if you have the stamina go for it it 😊

Lovely videos, but could be longer. I find them much too short and choppy to show the properties in their fullest potential. Blink and miss alot. I always hit the like button even if too short 😊

This house is built in the spirit of Frank Lloyd Wrights waterfall house, which was built for a rich retailer as a no expense spared folly house, as is this one. Finding someone to repeat the folly with $7 million will be impossible as no bank will finance against this house alone. At best, it might bring $3-$4 million on a sunny day from a fool who should be quickly parted of his money before he wakes up from his stupo. Someone is going to take a bath selling this house at below cost. Luckily, it's surrounded by water for the bath. What on earth was the hapless owners thinking when they commissioned this end times palace in the forest. Some people have too much money, and they make it too easily. Clearly, a techie type involved here, living the dream.
