Love the scape. I think it would look even better if you put some Java moss near the bottom of the filter!

@UKFishCam I'm not a fan of java, mainly because it adheres to everything. I've put a different filter in now, much less visible

@UKFishCam I use a couple mosses, Cameroon, Flame and Hookeriaceae though, as they don't adhere, we'll flame and Hookeriaceae don't

@UKFishCam Hookeriaceae is beautiful, and Cameroon. Rarer than java flame is easy to get and doesn't stick, just grows upwards. All nice though

Good informative video👍 The problem is obvious though mate. The tank is overstocked and as you mentioned it's also overfed youre always going to be fighting algae. Try to stop feeding, the fish will be fine for even up to 2 weeks, do a blackout, no light for 1 week or more and consider getting rid of some fish. It's big enough tank and the filter is great but if its overloaded with nutrients you've no chance. Good luck 👍

I fill my tanks full of plants and never done one water change. I only rinse filters once a month and my water quality has been great. No smell or dead fish. I don't belive in water changes. I will top off due to evaporation tho
