Really good show. I agree on the community and support of Girl Campers. I’ve made some good friends. I agree with the magazine. Less reviews and add tents, car, and/or van camping. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year ladies.

I’ve been following you for a long time. I want to get a camper but I don’t have help. I need to get something easy for me to handle. I have back issues making it difficult for me. I’ve had 2 back surgeries and now I need a rod put in. The past 3 years have been much harder. I’m worried I won’t be able to do the things I want to do. I appreciate hearing back from you. I remember your small camper. It looked perfect. I think my problem is I don’t have a big truck. I’m small and have an 2019 Rav IV.

Thank you! The tow capacity of your Rav4 may not be a lot but there are some very small campers out there under 1,500 pounds that could work. Janine's small camper was likely either Little Guy's Max or Mini Max and both would be too heavy for a Rav4. :( Have you though about trying tent camping and using a nice air mattress or cot? No wrong way to camp like a girl!

Molded fiberglass trailers are the best! What other 45 year old trailer would be worth remodeling? We had a Casita and now have an Escape and love this type of trailer. I'll be intersted in what you put on the walls as the carpet did serve as insulation. The Escape has a sort of vinyl with a foam backing for its wall coverings/insulation. Looking forward to your progress.

I’m new to the RV camping lifestyle and I have loved Harvest Host. So far I’ve stayed at a microbrewery in Wisconsin, a Family Farm in Wisconsin, and an Apple Orchard in New York. I also used Hip Camp in Vermont to stay on a farm with electric hook-up. Also, if you are visiting friends or family you can often park for a night or two if you call the police in your town. I have stayed at some very urban places doing this.

Targhee?!?! We lived for about 4 years due west of there in Packsaddle Estates. Nothing better than the quiet side of the mountains and watching the sun rise over the Grand Tetons. (Also a Jersey girl.)

I work in a campground and have limited time to clean sites between occupants. There are some things I find especially heinous. Think about the craft supplies you bring for your kids. We do not have time to pick up a bunch of tiny beads, glitter, or streamers. Don't leave a bunch of cigarette butts in your pit. They take forever to pick out, and no one wants to cook their hotdogs over your carcinogens. I have a long list of firepit offenses, but that is one of the worst.
