While in the lobby the deputy was having a bad day. Idk but it’s all on video! Arrested for speech! I wasn’t even saying crazy things. He didn’t know I was recording! He thought I started recording after he made the arrest and he was silent after. Walking me to the sheriff station then to the jail he didn’t say a word! But like I said I got EVERYTHING ON CAMERA and it tells a completely different story!

The store owner told him that they was $45 so he gave the person $20 to put it on layaway when he went back to give them the rest of the money the next day they told him that the sunglasses was $160. He finished paying them the rest of the money to make it $45 like the store clerk said when the store clerk said no it’s $160 he walked out the store with the sunglasses after paying him $45 candy store clerk made the sunglasses $160 win, the store clerk bought them online as the sale market of $20 can he go up $160 from a $20 sunglasses?

Actually SCOTUS never addressed whether their was RS to extend the traffic stop the appeal was based on the lower courts holdings that a less than 8 minute detention was de minimus. SCOTUS remanded the case back to the lower court to determine whether their was RS to extend the stop beyond the time required to deal with the traffic violation.

I had a cop pull me over on a traffic stop. It was an excuse to pull me over cause I have bought some beer from a gas station. He followed me from the gas station and then pulled me over. He said I crossed the white line. Which I didn't. I had NOT opened the beer and left after a car search. SAD part is COPS lie. If I had gone to court it would have been he said / she said over the traffic stop.

I took a plea deal to do two days in jail for theft 3 misdemeanor. Prosecutor not budging on changing the 2 day jail term. My attorney tried to convey that i work the weekends and i have a pre existing health conditon esp during this covid epidemic. During the day of sentencing' does the judge have any say so, on if he feels like house arrest or community service is a better fit. Or is the terms in the deal already a slam dunk' and nothing can change
