I love the idea behind your content, I think it brings a lot of benefit. However, I can't focus on the voiceover because the background music is too loud and distracting, remember to fix it next time. :)

Bernard Popp I don’t think they play metal music during class...it is for the video to demonstrate or evoke energy and emotion as music is often used to do in visual arts

the neocortex may be compared to a monkey running around with a grenade in its hand. 50,000 - 100,000 thoughts per day, crisscrossing one's mind, is enough to drive anybody crazy. the neocortex needs calming down through daily midbrain meditation.
