十年新. 有開揚樓景, 特式天台戶, 送四部冷氣, 夏天日間可以長嘆冷氣👍。 大二房可三邊落床冇難度, 第三間細房大到可做書房, 十分闊落, 只係 一千蚊一尺, 好抵, 荀盤！👍👍👍

Very nice view but that living space is super small and that glass den is pretty much useless. The designer should have use that den space and have a larger living room space instead. Unfortunately no ceiling to floor windows for such a high end condo. I think I would prefer Concord Brentwood over this from your other vlog!!! But Brentwood is definitely the next Yaletown in Burnaby with all young successful professionals moving over there.
