Awesome! excitedly to play 4.0 and soon 1.0

Not surprising. The meme of "always 2 years away" with S42 being apparently (this time, they swear! ✋️) 2 years away after being told last years citcon it was just in "polishing phase", along with 4.0 being pushed from summer to just now going eptu in December. People are just fed up with the state of SC and waiting for "202X to be the biggest year yet for Star Citizen!" 10 to 12 years is long enough for a lot of backers, but it's only now CIG are trying to figure out the flight model? Im a relatively new backer from 2020 and I'm getting frustrated. Can only imagine the OGs from the old hangar module days. 😮‍💨

I hope some of the 1.0 items go into a 4.X patch and that they are not held for last minute as they are important.

Since 3.23 update I been on SC more than I ever have in the past. They been trying hard to move the game forward. I keep hoping they get Pyro out to shut up all the negativity.

The issue for me before the update today was the pyro gateway clouds didn't show including the jp

the meshing structure also works wonders for stanton missions. just watched a shootout between 15 t-shirt pirates and 3 medium armor guards outside a bunker and it looked very cool.

Biggest issues fixed is pure Hyperbole…. LOL

I just hope SC is more stable and reliable for me than 3.24 has been. I haven’t had a stable session since before IAE.

Thank you for the info on Pyro - I really hope they fix that "falling through the ground": thing - it's been the bane of my existence on Hurston.

I'm both excited and anxious for them releasing 4.0 before their holidays. It's becoming a bit of a tradition to release an almost unplayable major patch over the holidays 🤣 but this update brings so much goodness too!

Fixing the invisible asteroids is great! Can't wait to not die flying into Grimhex

I just had a pretty successful 1 hour session in Pyro for my very first visit, jumped to Stanton and back, flew to a few planets in my C8X and ran around looking at stuff. Looks absolutely amazing. Can't wait to dive it.

I have to laugh while I cry. The ground is like the sky, unsupportive and insubstantial, I fall and die… No doubt there is so much to like in the game now, though the last few days has been awful for me. I approach the Pyro jump point and my frame rate drops to 0.2fps (yes, 1 frame every 5 seconds), and after 30 seconds or so, crash to desktop. I’ll find out tomorrow if it is a problem on my computer with my game files since I’m spending overnight re-downloading. Wish me luck! ;)

Ive fallen into the planet so many times on the PU the past couple months i have no desire to do anything planetside in stanton or pyro. Im really hoping there will be some space or station based content in 4.0. Im tired of it man

I kind of thought falling through the ground might be the topic of the video. 😅

SO when CIG says stuff is fixed THIS is what they mean: the foundations are fked, the house is sinking into the ground, the plumbing is shot, the doors are hanging off the hinges, the roof leaks, BUT BUT BUT you can buy a WHOLE new bathroom to replace the kitchen, which never worked anyway; and you can pack your pots and pans in the bath, AWESOME HEY!! and THEN, wait THERE IS MORE, we fixed the crack in the wall, BECAUSE the foundations are fked, BUT, we fixed the crack by pressing some bubble gum, that the developers chewed, in the gap, and the developers say, yeah, it is bubblegum BUT it will help with expansion and then we painted over the bubblegum... OH and WAIT THERE IS MORE, we added a NEW FEATURE in the next release, we will hammer a nail in the wall above the crack and you can hang ANY picture you want there and that will cover the crack, and the flaky paint, AND IT WILL ONLY COST YOU $500 for a painting, BUT it will only cover the crack 23%; AND THEN!!!!! we removed the roof because it was leaking and NOW, yes yes and NOW, you can see the stars and soon we will allow you to BUY a new roof made of canvas, BECAUSE chris is such a nice guy... SHILLS and GASLIGHTING is what SC has become the last 2-3 years AT LEAST

read the title of the vid and thought for a brief moment CGI had finally fixed the biggest issues. you know the dozen or so that they've been ignoring for more than ten years, but no. you were referring to some twaddling little issue their current update was causing that concerned a handful of players and shills...

I flew to 2 planets at stupid o clock yesterday ran about for abit tested the jump gate.. :D died afew times then buggered off to bed lol.. the database is old so im missing 2 of my ships ;((( going to have to wait for it to go live sadly .. the planets look amazing tho! and pyro is bloody HUGEEEEE :D o7

1 bad thing about spawning in a personal hanger..... Going to reduce the footfall at the cities. I hope it doesn't make the city feel even more dead, I like stumbling on other players.

Yeah. I can dig on this new spawning in the hangers thing. CIG really needs to lock down what the future of logging in/out will look like
