I would suggest not supporting anything sponsored by the Saudi government. It is at that point where rocket league tournaments aren’t about the game anymore. It is now political and you need to be informed on the happenings of world governments if you want to participate in a tournament held by one. Otherwise you’re blindly supporting who-knows-what… and let me tell you, the who-knows-what that Saudi govt does is pretty egregious.

Subed Also, Team SAUDI ARABIA This tournament of best of the best to reach the top and get a hold of the World Cup title is very nerve-wrecking and exciting! The unbelievable clutches and top notch gameplay filled with coordination and unexpected turn of event which eventually came to and end with the winner being Saudi Arabia. Credits to the announcer too for hyping up the game like crazy!

The only thing you missed out on was supporting the Saudi government. I encourage people to not support these tournaments because foreign governments, or any government, should not be involved in sponsoring tournaments. Saudi does it specifically to “sportswash” their reputation.
