Thats pretty much exactly what Andy Dufresne does in The Shawshank Redemption. He just pretended he was at the Opera or the Symphony. He had a photographic memory and was kept in total darkness so his imagination had the perfect conditions to allow him to fully escape into his fantasies.

It’s an actual song from a Danish Christmas advent calendar called “Pyrus: Alletiders jul” A very good show. You can hear the full song here on yt. It’s called “Tjing Tjang Tjing”
