G 003 VMK 88X 😎🦨 You can use the D-pad to change the pattern. Up/down changes the speed, and left/right changes the offset. EDIT: The code is correct now. 😅

Hi Skunk! I hope you enjoyed Axels Daycare! Fun fact: at first, it was going to be GOBB 2D, but i couldnt get the sprite for the person to center right, so i made Axels Daycare, at the moment. Axels Daycare 2 is still in works, but im making I Am Cat VR in GBG! Its gonna have climbing walls, so be on the lookout! The Title screen update for Axels Daycare is going to come out soon!

Hey creator of game here, I believe the effect on the texture was caused by the texture being red originally but for some reason the world settings changed it to a black color except when you looked down it changed it to red I don’t know why it did this I believe it happened because of something in the world settings, I will update this comment if I found the reason why it does that

Nigel: Discovery's demo is close to done, by the way. Obviously it's a huge improvement compared to the last one. Yeah, I said it would be done in 1.5-2 months around 3 months ago, but there were some personal setbacks.

Please, can someone help me with how to help my son to build a game? He is so intelligent, and he can build, draw and design a Sonic, Mario, etc. He is 6 years old, but he designed Sonic on a flipa clip. I just need to assist him more, but I don't have much idea. Please, is there anyone in the comment section that can help us out? It may be to learn coding, ect.

If either of you own a Switch, I'd suggest Game Builder Garage as a starting point. The tutorials are long, but very helpful. They don't just show you how GBG works, they also explain what the code is doing in simple terms. If he has the spark for game development, Game Builder Garage would be a great way to encourage it. 😎🦨

@@manuelarayacuervo5985 Part of the reason I haven't shown any more of this is that I never really established a "protocol" for making it work. One right joycon flashes a light, the other right joycon detects it. As soon as I'm settled in a more stable studio, I want to stream some development of this concept. 😎

What i'm trying to say here is what are some of the nodons you used other than the IR ones? For example, how you made it to detect the other joycon, duplicating the actions, etc.

@@manuelarayacuervo5985 You can place Bullseye nodon on the IR receiver nodon to get a clearer reading of the light, but other than that, the receiver is just reacting to the light like it's a button being pressed. There are a lot of ways to read and store that info. A counter for the number of flashes for something simple, or a marker setup for more complex data.

Are you using the IR Light Nodon or the IR Motion nodon?
