I have been looking for that lock for years. I thought it was an Ello McDonald’s Toy but it turns out it was a click it! I too, could not solve the toy after I locked it so I threw it out, but I think of it all the time 😂

It was a very good set when it was released. The parts for both builds were great compared to other sets of the time. I got 2 of these when I was a kid. I thought the catapult was a really cool design with the brake locking it in place to fire.

Doesn't sound like Rodrigues at all to me. If I had to guess, maybe some voice actor out of the San Francisco / Oakland area, a lot of 2000s edutainment games were recorded there. The voice sounds vaguely familiar and not dissimilar to those performances.

I've come to learn that Shapeways went bankrupt and their website is currently down for many. I will post on my Community Tab the parts I ordered back on February 10, 2019. I can't find the name of the seller in my email records, however. So safe to say, these videos are perhaps the closest available resource of the part information.

I made a LEGO Kirby. it will be for a polybag. I made LEGO musical penguins of Madagascar. each penguin has a sound brick. i made a LEGO Bellabot. it includes power functions. i made a LEGO green Pokibot. i made an RC Ty-Rux. support them on LEGO Ideas if you like them.

My favorite theme ever. I'm still actively just as obsessed with it as I was when it came out when I was 8. It's one of my longest lasting interests, I wish it was more popular :( I would give anything to see chima minifigures available on shelves again.

I remember as a kid seeing those clocks on shelves. I thought they look dumb, as I carry a Star Wars set or Bionicle set to the checkout with my parents. Looking at them now in my 30s They're pretty coo clocks and fit that early 2000s aesthetic.

Way to go, Joey! I loved the video, and managed to learn something new about Alpha Team in watching it! Just to add to the discussion, my copy of the clock has light grey gears too; I'm also not an original owner, but it seems likely that light grey was indeed a colour for these gears in this set.

If I recall, the divers included on the command sub did not include the propulsion tanks that Charge's does, which does make his model stand out slightly, and perhaps as a better version.

Ah you're right! I just looked back in the instructions! Sadly I couldn't find my copy in time for the video so I didn't observe that difference before. Otherwise I would've included more visuals of all 3 floating around underwater. Perhaps another time!
