Its called a Mohnschnecke (literally translated to poppy snail) a schnecke is like a cinnabun in america i guess, but there are multiple variations like the typical 'Zimtschnecke' which is like a cinnabun in a way. A 'Streuselschnecke' is a crumble cake. The 'Mohnschnecke' you ordered is basically a crumble cake with poppy (yes the same poppy that opium is made with btw...)
