Yes of course you can use Beef... You can also use Lamb if you wish.

Chef, tell me please: what do you think about roasting chicken in coconut- or peanut-oil??? I prefair it to do... a special and tropical taste! And I can't cook with oyster sauce... could I change in Worchestersauce??? And: thanks for this fabolous dish!!! Multiple tastes... great!!! 😋
