I have an issue with my 1000 series robot not powering on. I have tried and checked everything, check power switches, clean contacts, replaced the battery, still will not power on. There is a red battery icon that appears on the vac for a few seconds, but that is it. The blue charging light on the dock stays solid as soon as I seat it and doesn't blink to show that it's charging. You mentioned a separate video about a possible motherboard issue, can you send me the link? thanks!

Thank you very much for this video. I have a 3 year old 11s. Was running shorter times, ordered new battery. Changed out battery, still got flashing red lights and beeps on charging base. Would not charge. I went through your first 3 videos and took it apart. I found one of the wheels was clogged up with Barbie clothes. I cleaned out the wheel wells on both sides and said "maybe that is it" I put it all back together and now it is currently charging. No beeps, no red lights. I will keep my fingers crossed. Eufy support was pushing me to buy another vacuum b/c of course they were. Appreciate your great detailed videos. Keep up the good work

Where is the speaker that makes its various operation sounds? When mine is charging it constantly makes a bunch of random beeping noises (while Im trying to sleep) so I want to remove the part of the mother board that is making those noises.

I’ve got a 1401 that keeps giving the error 18 about the wheel motor. I’ve removed and cleaned the encoder that controls speed sensing and when I move the wheels manually with my hand the encoder spins freely. It doesn’t seem like dirty sensor or bad motor or motor connection is a problem. Do you have any idea what might be causing the problem?

Can you add this to a 2013 Silverado even if it doesn’t have the work switch there, or does there need to be more wiring installed for it?

Can you confirm for me whether or not a bad wire will produce this error code: all lights flashing (dock, clean, max, and !) dock and max are blue, clean and ! are red. I see a few slightly damaged wires on one side. The machine runs for a bit then throws this code. The owners manual isn't specific enough about the color of the lights. It does say that all lights blinking signal a wheel jam (I have ruled that out). So I'm thinking a bad wire might be the issue. just want to confirm if you know or not! Thanks and great content!

My battery light flashes when on base, then goes black. The unit doesn't charge at all. Doesn't even attempt to charge. Connection light is on, on the base, power light is on, on the base and I cleaned all sensors and connecting places to the base. We replace battery with Amazon battery with no change. So we returned it. Any advice?

You can also add the factory fog light button under the dimmer on that same side. You can wire in those fog lights to the factory location in the fuse box aswell👌
