I know this is an old post. I got this game about a year ago. I finally got around to playing it. I didnt care for the dice being heroes and having to check out the symbols all the time. So I bought some miniatures and also made some paper heroes before that, and it really helped me enjoy it visually. Now, here's my latest idea. I use the map sides with the ley lines, and I placed a crystal on each one. 2 heroes from each side enters the map and as an action, they can pick up a crystal. For another action, they can burn one off and bring in up to 2 other heroes that can spawn on any ley lines that are vacant. If a hero gets killed holding a crystal, it drops to the hex, which can be picked up and used by any hero that is not carrying a crystal. Once all the crystals are used, that's it for reinforcements. There are a couple rules that I felt needed changing, but that is another story. At any rate, I am really enjoying this game!

Also if the center square counts as a quasi attacker can’t black capture on the very first move?

It seems that at 49:20 the witch can’t target the unit in the forest with the two space attack. Is this correct?

Hi, I'm a bit confused by this. In the rulebook says the invading unit is forced to attack otherwise it is attacked like in this video. However you do not mention that here, did I miss something?
