Is this a good place to ask: why on Earth do you make these absurd costumes for the swans and the Willis in Giselle? As if some dogs have torn them at the hem level. No floating or style at all.

A french opera about a spanish girl played by an italian soprano in a british theater. That’s how music should be, a language that unites all mankind

I worked for one day at the Royal Ballet costume department in London and it was amazing. Fabrics were basically stretch and zigzag sewn several times over a nude base. I would have loved to have stayed but the head constumier didn't like me for some reason.

This whole cast is amazing specially Aigul but having seen the production it is quite an uninspired take at Carmen.

What fabulous young singers and Gerald Finley is an excellent teacher providing these young men with techniques and tips that would have otherwise taken them years to learn. Thoroughly enjoying this and I have to say I enjoy both young men singing but I would love to bathe in Blaise’s beautiful deep sound for ever ❤

I saw it live in 2015 and it is the worst production of Carmen I have ever saw in my 40 years attending the Royal Opera House. It was so bad that thay had one revival à year later and have now replaced it with a brand new production this year.

I don’t think I’m cultured enough to really appreciate ballet, but I can clearly see the hard work these people into their craft. My toes also now hurt.

Ugly modern staging sacrilege for Norma. The Met version is epic in staging also saw beautiful old amphitheatre of Taormina stage it in Sicilia. Could not stand to see this version.

It's make me smile every time when I see this dance. And very interesting to compare different actors. As for me Russian variance more complex and interesting and piquant.

I was able to see the outcome of this elaborate creating process at Covent Garden ROH, on May 3rd, with top artists from Royal Ballet (Cesar Corrales, Lauren Cuthbertson, Francesca Hayward, Melissa Hamilton, Marcelino Sambe, Calvin Richardson, etc.). It was a truly magic performance ... Bravo!

Interesting...everyone is credited in the description, from Cervantes to Minkus to Carlos Acosta, to Chloe Miler Smith, to Tim Hatley. Except for the dancers. Hmmm.
