This was the first album I bought and I bought it while spending a summer on the shores of the Atlantic ocean in Herring Cove... I learned how to play guitar listening to the Ventures and bought the beachboys albums during high school Little did I know that years later I would end up in L.A, California and live there for 30 years living the California dream... Luckily I left L.A. in 2006 before California went to hell and is now a basket case of homelessness, drugs, wokeness and corruption.

If you're a guitar player, amazing cover of this at .. ok, YT not letting me post bandcamp link, so search "Winnipeg: The High & Lonesome Years [Vol. IV]" and see Track 18 Bit faster, and rocks but classy not silly-heavy/hard. Very cool and precise use of the whammy. Killer (and intelligent) lead.
