Hi, thanks for your inquiry. Breezway offers the automated Powerlouver System which is available within the aluminum Easyscreen Frame with space in the head of the frame to house Powerlouver motors. Traditionally our louvers could be automated via external motors and controls attached to remove control compatible handles. However this approach requires a third party to supply and install the external motors and linking systems. With the Breezway Powerlouvre System this offers a simple solution to your automation needs, removing the complexity of needing to obtain multiple products and simplifies the installation process.

Can you please clarify what you would like to know as the Breezway Louver is a window that opens wide to provide natural ventilation, not an air conditioning unit with artificial cooling. However the Powerlouver System can be integrated with a building management system to open and close in conjunction with an AC unit when conditions permit.

Unfortunately the louvre frame cannot be opened to use as an emergency exit, however an alternative solution would be to install our Altair Louvre Galleries into a door, so you can still open them for fresh ventilation when required whilst the door remains closed.
