The previous record holder for the most expensive home in Utah was Russell Weiner, the founder of Rockstar Energy Drink. In 2022, Weiner purchased a home in Park City called “Monitor's Rest” for $39.6 million. Weiner later put the home back on the market for $50 million.

We did the install on this house. There was a massive custom blue couch that was extremely heavy along with two granite coffee table tops. We also moved the furniture out and back in after the accident was repaired. Truly a beautiful home.

Too bad the home’s original views are now obstructed by homes in front and soon to be on the side - lesson is to also take into account the future development as well. Still a nice home, but now no sweeping views of the valley or much else except of other homes.

Perfect it’s executed perfectly some little touches here and there to add to make it your own little design. Other than that the home is perfectly done. The room size is perfect. The Casitas are perfect. The pools the balls the interior is just exquisite it’s very well done very well, executed and designed, it’s on my favorite list of homes
