I hate people they suck just like me.
@MaddyWoolf17 күн бұрын
I know it can feel that way sometimes - both parts. Finding ways to feel more compassion for other people, even towards their failings (of which there are many, because no-one's perfect), can help you to feel more positively about yourself. As you may realize, hating people isn't a healthy place to be in. Forgiving other people can be a first step to a healthier relationship with yourself. I would love you to feel able to give yourself the love that you do deserve. If you're not already talking to a therapist, counselor or mentor who can help you get to a more positive way of thinking about yourself and others, I'd invite you to consider doing that. There are some really great people out there. You don't have to be stuck feeling a way you don't want to feel.

How has confidence / a lack of confidence played a part in your life? Have there been times when your confidence levels changed? What did you learn from that? I'd love to hear your stories.
