There are other things the LORD said should be done for all generations. But they are not done by us. It doesn't matter if the sabbath is Sunday or Saturday as long as we worship the LORD. Moreover, in many places it is impossible to keep the sabbath on Saturday because most people work on that day. Sunday is a general holiday in most part of the world. It makes sense. We need to understand the spirit of the law and not just keep the letter of the law. Stay blessed. Shalom.

In my walk, I have seen and been part of a habit, a tradition, a practice that can be like a brick wall 🧱 It keeps Christians from experiencing true freedom in Christ. But one must seek the truth no matter what the cost. Mark 7:5-13 points out the danger of traditions. Jesus was being questioned by the Pharisees about such a tradition that he showed them that by their persistence in keeping the tradition, they were breaking the commandment of God. If Apostle Paul wrote to the Christians that keeping this commandment, Ephesians 6:2, which is part of the ten commandments, was more important than tradition. Sunday is fine going to Church and taking communion, but it's not the Sabbath and never will be. Emperor Constantine changed the Sabbath to suit the pagans in the Roman empire, which was incorporated into the Catholic doctrine. They also took out the second commandment and replaced it with another commandment they make up! Just listen to that. They changed a commandment that God that he wrote with His own finger! The chutzpah! The scriptures are clear that if anyone adds to or takes away from the words of scriptures, they put themselves in serious trouble. Deut: 4:2, Revelation 22:18-19 Sabbath is about worship. Let me show you. "For in six days, the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the Seventh day. Therefore, the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it Holy" Exodus 20:11, which is part of the fourth commandment. Now, in Revelation, we read in 14:7 "Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give him glory, for the hour of his judgment has come, and WORSHIP HIM that make the heavens, the earth, and the sea, and the fountain of water" Do you see the same language between the two? In the same chapter 14:12, it says "Here is the endurance of the saints, here are they that keep the COMMANDMENTS OF GOD, and the FAITH OF JESUS" So, everyone needs to ask God whether they can discard one of His commandments or not. Sabbath was pretty important to include them in with the 10 commandments. And we see all ten carried over to the New covenant. They are summoned up in the two greatest commandments. Love God and love your neighbor. If I love God, I would not take his name in vain. If I love my neighbor, I would not steal or covet from him. If I loved God, I would remember the Sabbath day, His creation, and rest according to the commandment and worship him in spirit and in truth. If I love my neighbor, I would not kill him without cause or commit adultery. I would honor my father and mother according to the commandment. But as Jesus gave an example, I would also feed the poor, clothes the naked, visit the widow, protect the helpless, and share the good news when the Holy Spirit gives opportunity. But we all must decide, follow the crowd, or walk the narrow road 🤔 I pray Jesus, our Lord, show you and bless you. Jesus, the living Torah that is our High Priest and is in our hearts by faith to present us blameless to the Father by his blood covering us and cleansing us in righteousness. Amen.

I believe humility is one one the keys to BEING A GODLY CHRISTIAN HE OWES US NOTHING YET HAVE HIS LIFE FOR US , GOD IS FULL OF LOVE MERCY COMPASSION ABLE TO DELIVER YOU FROM ANY BONDAGE I WAS A IV DRUG ADDICT HEROIN AND CRACK LOST EVERYTHING EVEN MY KIDS FOR OVER YEAR IN A NIGHT GOD SHOWED UO IN MY ROOM HE CHANGED ME IN A NIGHT EVERYONE THOUGHT I WAS CRAZY UNTIL YEAR DOWN THE ROAD IM STILL SOBER TOALLY CHANGED EVERYTHING AND GOT MY KIDS BACK HE IS A DELIVERER HE IS A REWARDER OF THOSE EHO DILIGENTLY SEEK HIM .
