Do different solid welds needs to be named individually with different properties or they can all be grouped together in the same name?

For solid welds, do I need to provide a common node between two parent metals and weld root? What if there is a gap between parent metals?

THE COMPARISON OF ACCELERATED TESTING METHODS OF nCODE AND STEDAX Inc Accelerated Testing method of nCode Accelerated Testing is a specialized product option within nCode GlyphWorks that provides the ability to help specify accelerated durability tests, saving both time and money in environmental qualification and product validation. However, this accelerated testing requires the special condition: of accelerated Testing is creation a realistic accelerated shaker test - based on equivalence of fatigue damage or shock. How this condition can be performed? This is a task of test engineer? As a sample; how about consideration of the inertia influence? Accelerated Testing methods of STEDAX SARSYS. 1). Accelerated non-destructive durability testing is a specialized product option within STEDAX SARSYS and all other software that provides the ability to help specify accelerated durability tests, saving both time and money in environmental qualification and product validation. This method works with special Wireless Nano Detector (WND), attached on the tested object makes reading all information about regime of the loading, of the material’s damage accumulation and predicts the remaining durability with or without software. 2). Accelerated non-destructive durability testing is unique SARSYS product option. The time till destruction achieved not by increasing of the number of cycles in unit of time, but by opposite way: reduction the number of loading cycles up to one and time reduction accordingly. OCT method enables to obtain accurate experimental cyclic loading data. Thus OCT method has advantages in accuracy of test results without any special test facilities and conditions, and maximal savings of time and money. NOTE: in both SARSYS methods the special condition of damage equivalence of regular and accelerated testing achieves automatically without additional adjustments.

The methods of fatigue analysis developed on the classical theoretical approach are useless because CAE results never correlate directly with real physical test results.

Where is this static entities subset setting? I've searched in all the glyphs of my SN analysis and found nothing. When I am trying to set AnalysisGroups and write there my ANSYS named_selection name, there is an error of calculation, because "there is no group with such a name"? How I am supposed to know where to find these available group names?! How should I create my own group except for creating named_selection in ANSYS?!

Classical theory is complete incorrect, so 150 years fatigue failures keep going (ncode)

How do we differentiate between corrosion fatigue failure and TMF and creep failure? How do we predict them..

Hello, when I try to build the configuration shown at 28:57, I get the error message "nothing is connected to the input connector". Why could this be happening?
