Assuming it's the same in the Japanese version, then i might hazard a guess and say that's because yukari and mitsuru are very outwardly feminine and even vibrant in their personalities. Yukari is a pretty and stylish young woman who outwardly can be very opinionated, and mitsuru is similar but with more elegance and sometimes even more cutting. Fuuka by comparison is a Lot softer and sweeter, more shy even, so it's possible that aigis sees the other two as more distinct, something so indicative of the brightness and loudness of life, and opposite to herself, that that's what she wants to experience
