👍 👍 Easily one of my favorite BABYMETAL songs. Yes Tim and Scott's instrumentals are a driving force here but for me it is Suzuka's stunning vocal performance and Moa and Momo's beautiful backing vocals that seal it. Suzuka once again proves that (in my opinion) she is the most versatile and talented female singer today. She just loves to sing and it shows. BABYMETAL is THE best LIVE band on the planet Metal Kingdom LIVE at PIA ARENA HQ Pro Shot from the For The Fox God channel (20,000+ sold out crowd chants in unison with the girls)

Yeah, I can see that. It is like if I listened to Snow by Red Hot Chili Peppers, I would be able to hear a mistake during the lead of the guitar in that song, but fast songs, I never would catch it unless it was something so different from what was being played.

Last Minute us good. This Song was released 5 Years ago. One of the reasons why it probably found its way back to the foreground. Nany fans of Babymetal always fearwd that Babymetal would not play hard Enough. So while their soft songs have at times trouble to stay in the setlists, many of them stay in favorite lists. As an example From Dusk till Dawn is another such highlight, but not connected to any stars. The old Babymetal never bothered for Stars. This was a change that Su and Moa brought Back, when they returned to Babymetal. Many fans feared they would forget Metal after they finished their 10 year contract. But in fact they were nevrr forced to play only metal songs. But it was generally expected that they would leave Babymetal. But after some time on their own, they offered Koba a list of conditions how and why they would consider to return to Babymetal. And in fact it was obvious, that even Koba did not expect a big return. At first he tried to minimize the costs for his girls. After more than 14 Years together, they simply are his girls. And we have to admit he concentrated newly on his old project and will have to do some work into some forgotten projects, while the girls can sail the old ship by themselves.

Welcome back. The song is almost 5 years old - it was always a 'chill' song - they have plenty of hype songs, 'Brand New Day' gives the crowd a chance to catch their breath after a few songs of bouncing round in the pits. They can go back to that again for the rest of the show. It was on BABYMETAL's Metal Galaxy album released in 2019. When Polyphia was confirmed on the bill for Fox_Fest (arranged, hosted and headlined by BABYMETAL in Tokyo) we all had a good idea of what would happen. Tim and Scott provided the guitar track for the original recording of the song. Fox_Fest was the first chance they all had to meet up and to finally do this very first live performance with them all together. They did not disappoint!

Welcome back to the Foxhole and now going back to Metal Galaxy era.🦊🤘🌅 Metal Galaxy is a wonderful album and full of surprises, you're gonna find many more like this with more mature sound, it came out in 2019 so isn't so new but is one of the songs with more mature sound. The album version got the collaboration of Polyphia guitarists, Tim Henson and Scott LePage, and it's quite clear in the solo section. Polyphia got a viral clip when they were performing live and having an issue with the drummer IEM not working and a roadie helped him out in an unorthodox way to save the show, very funny clip. Their songs are mainly instrumental but i think they got some collabs with famous singers but don't quote that on me, what is for sure they got mad skills playing instruments. Tim Henson also said when listening to this song that he would love to play this along with BabyMetal on the stage, he didn't know the final cut when he was doing the riffs on this song. The dance on this song is beautiful and graceful, they're showing another mature side and more complicated choreography. According to MoaMetal is the hardest song to dance along with BxMxC and Night Night Burn iirc. Song is inspired by certain "City Pop" band and Utada Hikaru songs, when SuMetal heard this she doubt about this being a metal song but then the guitars solo were added and all make senses suddenly. Finally we got them together on stage and with this awesome live performance, it is their first time performing together. They did it again a couple of days ago at Graspop Festival in Belgium and they hug each other at the end just like in this version only thing it was cut out, there's also a proshot clip but I'm not so sure about the sound mix. Along with RATATATA this was definitely one of the highlights at FOX_FEST and a lot of Japanese fans were looking for, I guess that cool slow pace city pop element gives some nostalgia and that's why many fans love it. In a recent interview, Tim and Scott talked about a new song in their upcoming album along with BM, let's see what they got but I'm pretty sure it's gonna be something real good like this one. Next suggestion: - Monochrome live at Makuhari Messe 2023. Keep enjoying BM songs and see you next time 🦊🤘🔥

I think Siamese are Danish not Swedish. And calling a Dane Swedish is possibly the worst "insult" to say to a Dane LOL There is a lot of friendly / unfriendly rivalry between Denmark and Sweden They both speak languages related to each other and their written forms are very similar but they sound very different - mostly because Danish sounds like someone with a hot potato in the mouth LOL. Fun fact: in Denmark a Danish pastry is called a "Wiennerbrød" - Viennese bread and in Vienna they are called "Kopenhagener Gebäck" - Copenhagen baked goods

Yeah, that is 100% my bad. I thought I remember seeing something saying they were from Sweden, but after just checking, they are from Denmark. I don't mean any insult by it, but that is good to know. Thank you so much for the information though as that is really cool to know, and I actually at some point would like to visit any of the northern counties like Sweden, Denmark, etc. so hopefully get to experience more so the culture than just from videos. In the states, people from the deep south, so like places like Mississippi, or really the places/states that were consider the south during the US Civil War would best be compared to Danish, language sound wise, as you have to be around it a lot to get the full understanding of it and just the lingo of it all. There are still times you have to have people repeat themselves, but it is all in good fun. haha

For me speaking English and German reading the Scandinavian languages is relatively straight forward but the spoken language is more problematic LOL. Song is not about pleasing people, the song is for a fund raiser to save children in parts of the world where there's war, this song is about how people in america is aware of all the suffering of the children who are going through horrible things and all this is blocked due to the ''Pop culture'', this is why this video was made this way, you see people having fun and then in contrast people suffering in war zones. So it's a song to create awareness on saving children.
@panicmanicyt
@panicmanicyt 28 күн бұрын
I get that. I wasn't trying to take away from their point of why they wrote the song, but merely giving a perspective of mine about the specific lyrics of "it is a mistake to move forward...", and that part wasn't me saying that was the entire reason for the song either. I can understand why someone would think that because I mainly talked about "people pleasing" and my perspective of it after the music video ends for most of the ending of this video, so I am sorry if that is what was given out, and I appreciate you sharing this. I am happy that they did a fundraiser for this, and that they are wanting to get this more out there for people to be more aware. Having family and friends in military that were deployed throughout everywhere, my wife went and assisted with the Syrian refugee crisis back in 2016, I am very much aware of how privilege it is to be born in the US versus more war-torn countries. Not to plug another song on this one, but my interpretation of Body Bag by I Prevail is very much that (Not to take away from the Band's meaning of it). I have known people that would cry and get upset over getting a BMW than a Mercedes, and I would always have the thought of that shouldn't be a thing to remotely cry about/even be considered a struggle because there are people that have to walk everywhere that would want a vehicle, or even a bike, to get around (just an example, I know there are worst comparisons). So again, thank you for sharing! I always appreciate it! :)

Thanks from Japan 有難う💛。I fortunately witnessed the live debut and the second performance of RATATATA by BABYMETAL and Electric Callboy together in the two-day Fox_Fest on May 25 / 26 in Japan. Fun, happy, exhilarating, bubbly... Those words I could think of, as you can imagine. The song was played in the BABYMETAL's setlist in the festival. So the band in the back of the girls and Nico / Kevin was BM's West Kami Band in place of EC band that played in this MV. On this 50:50 collaboration basis, that was great, too. The interchangeability between the two versatile bands is good. EC boys can join BM concerts and BM girls can show up in EC's worldwide 😍 Is it just a coincidence that the two bands are to perform on the same days in the same places in several European festivals in June ?

Some reactors and fans couldn't wait for the official MV release, but you did a great job 🦊🤘🐭lol Most likely they will be playing this together at FOX_FEST Festival next weekend May 25 and 26 in Japan along with many more artists and bands such Polyphia so can't wait for the live version. The "hips don't lie" is definitely a Shakira reference. The "Fu Fu" (or more like "wu-uh wu-uh") part sounds like Backstreet Boys - Everybody female backing chorus and also I think I heard in a K-pop song, not sure which one. The "push it to the limit" line it could be an homage to Scarface's movie, another post disco, dance rock song with guitar elements. Btw I thought the second "Are you ready?" chorus was MomoMetal doing the backing growling but they didn't show that, we'll see in the live version. Love the euro trance elements mixed with metal, they also did it with Time Wave, one of my favorite BM song from latest album The Other One. There's probably more references but I'm so far away from pop culture nowadays that i probably missing a lot more. BABYMETAL 101 Babymetal is a Japanese group founded in 2010 and produced by Kei “Koba” Kobayashi from the Amuse Inc. talent agency. Babymetal name comes from the birth of a new style of metal fusing j-pop with metal creating what they call Kawaii Metal (Cute-Metal). The group currently consists of Suzuka Nakamoto aka “Su-Metal” (26 years old) sometimes referred to as Vocal and Dance. Moa Kikuchi aka "Moametal", pronounced as Moa-Metal (24 years old) as part of Scream and Dance. Momoko Okazaki aka Momometal (21 years old) as part of Scream and Dance. They are supported by a rotating selection of talented male backing musicians known as the Kami Band (Kami is usually poorly translated as gods, but in truth it more closely means awe inspiring spirit, entity, or object) It is why they are dressed in white to look like ghosts or spirits, though Kami being used as God(s) is so common in translation the white outfits get lost.) The black outfit and masks currently used help place them more in the background as the group is Babymetal not the Kami Band. Past Formations. Heavy Music Club Era (2010-2012) From 2010 to 2012 Babymetal consists of a three-member formation, Suzuka Nakamoto (Age 12), Moa Kikuchi (Age 10), and Yui Mizuno aka "Yuimetal" pronounced Yui-Metal. (Age 10). First starting out as the Heavy Music Club as a subunit within the Developmental Idol Group created by Amuse in 2010 known as Sakura Gakuin. Sakura Gakuin is a group that introduces girls between the ages of 10-15 to music, dance, modeling, and acting through Japanese Pop idol music and culture. Given a school theme, all three would be a part of Sakura Gakuin until their graduation from it in the same school year they would graduate from Japanese middle school or 15 years old. Suzuka graduated in March 2013, and Moa and Yui in March of 2015. Sakura Gakuin is a fantastic group with great kawaii jpop songs in their own right. During this time there was no lore, and the girl’s costumes were more punkish in nature, which they helped create. They also didn’t perform with live music, using a backing track or the “Skeleton band” people pretending to play music behind them. Music Video of this Era Doki Doki Morning (Debut Song) Iine (Pronounced EE-N A spelled i i n e) Headbangya Babymetal/ Metal Resistance Era (2012-2017) Starting in 2012 with the Legend I concert, Babymetal began its slow divorce from Sakura Gakuin, and was the first introduction of the Kami Band as well as the “Lore” that is still heavily involved in Babymetal but makes far less sense than it did during this time. The Lore is complex and involves a battle against other evil idol corporations, gaining powers, some time travel, running a resistance group, all at the direction of a mythical deity known as the fox god, against an all-power enemy known as Akiba. The first Legend show “I” was the Kami Bands introduction to the end, but it also had the Skeleton Band which is seen in the wildly popular Gimmie Chocolate Music Video. This was followed by Legend D, and then Legend Z, in which it was learned that Babymetal would continue as its own entity after Suzuka’s graduation from Sakura Gakuin in March of 2013. Slowly over 2013 the Skeleton Band would be phased out of all live shows, as Babymetal came into their own. Babymetal as it is with Su-Metal, Moametal, Yuimetal, the Kami Band, and a somewhat understandable lore is what consisted for the majority of its existence. Also established beyond the 3-member formation, they had 2 other set ups, one was what fans called Su-Solos, and it would just be Su on stage with the Kami band, performing a solo, and the other is known as Black Babymetal by the band themselves, which consisted of just Moa and Yui. Music Videos of this Era Gimmie Chocolate Megitsune Rondo of Nightmare - With mischief of the Gods Intro (Su Solo and a great expedition of the Kami Band) Road of Resistance Live in Japan (Co-written by Dragonforce) Iijime, Dame, Zettai Live at Sonisphere (Name means No More Bullying Forever) Karate The Dark Times, The Chosen 7 Era (2018) In December 2017, Yui would miss the Legend-S concert for health reasons, these health problems would prosiest into 2018 and greatly affect the 2018 touring season bring the “Chosen 7” formation, consisting of Suzuka Nakamoto, Moa Kikuchi, and 2 backing dancers Minako Maruyama, and Minami Tsukui. Changes they would not tell fans and all throughout 2018 communicate extraordinarily little causing lots of pain for all involved fan and performer. This era is noted by their strange armor like costumes, sometimes referred to as Elf Armor. To make the poor communication, and Yui’s absence wasn’t bad enough, one of the more regular Kami band members, Mikio Fujioka passed away after falling off a balcony in late December 2017 while star gazing. A beloved and incredibly talented musician lost, leaving behind his wife and only child. In September 2018 Yui formally resign from Babymetal, stating her unspecified health and wishing to move on. Babymetal themselves announced that the group will move on focusing on Suzuka and Moa. (Something many idiots within the fandom refused or were too stupid to understand and formed the cancerous Yui-Cultists that would plague the fandom until Momometals debut. There are some holdouts, but thankfully they have become very rare.) In October Babymetal had a concert called Dark Night Carnival which added dancers, Shoko Akiyama, Saya Hirai, and Kotono, placing a total of seven girls on stage. This was also done without warning to fans and was an absolute mess. Babymetal would finish off the 2018 tour season returning to the 3-member formation with just Saya Hirai joining them in southeast Asia and Australia. Ending one of the most troubling times in Babymetal’s history. Music Videos of this Era (These MVs do not feature the members in them at all) Distortion Starlight (Don’t let overzealous fans fool you, this is OFFICIALLY not a tribute to anyone. A lot of fan speculation, end of story if they claim it is they are 100% lying to you.) Metal Galaxy Era (2019- Feb 2020) First introduced in 2019 during the Babymetal Arises concert in Yokohama, before the start, the “Avenger” support dancer concept was explained in the lore, and the concept thanks to communication and a maintaining of the 3-member formation brought Babymetal out of dark times brought about during 2018. Babymetal seemed to have returned to its roots with the Avengers, as 2 of the three (Kano and Momoko) come from Sakura Gakuin. The third Riho, went to the same performing arts school as Suzuka during the same time, Actors School Hiroshima aka ASH. Music Videos of this Era Pa Pa Ya Elevator Girl Shanti Shanti Da Da Dance (Avenger confusion) Which Avenger one sees can be confusing for those new to Babymetal. For the Music Videos, Pa Pa Ya, Elevator Girl, and Shanti Shanti Shanti, it is Kano Fujihira, who was just 14 years old at the time. Da Da Dance is a compilation of Momoko and Riho and a splicing of 2 different shows. In most fan cam videos of the American and European tour it would be either Riho or Momoko, as they toured with Babymetal in 2019. Kano had responsibilities with Sakura Gakuin as its president, a position Suzuka and Moa both held in Sakura Gakuin, and she’s never flown on a plane before. Some fans for 2019 did throw a stupid temper tantrum over the use of new Kami Band members who are from the west now known as the West Coast Kami Band, but like how the girls won over many, so did they and the payoff with the Legend Metal Galaxy concert in 2020 was well worth it.

COVID Era (Mar 2020 to April 2021) COIVD-19 has messed up a lot of things for everyone, Babymetal had to cancel their Asian tour, as well their big 10th Anniversary on October 10, 2020. Forced to keep it rather tame something very unlike Babymetal as even in their failures like the entire 2018 tour they do it septically. The question for many fans at the time was what of the Avengers, since COVID, Avenger Riho Sayashi has signed with a new agency and has moved on to other projects, including starting a fan club. Kano Fujihara graduated from Sakura Gakuin on August 30, 2020, a near 4-month delay. However, she and fellow Sakura Gakuin graduates Soyoka Yoshida, Tsugumi Aritomo, and Momoe Mori in the formation of @onefive. Which leaft Momoko Okazaki who is a graduate of Sakura Gakuin in March 2018 would be the last standing Avenger until she would become the new member of Babymetal. Music Videos of this Era BxMxC (First music video that isn’t footage from a show and featuring Su and Moa since Karate in 2015) Post 10-year Anniversary/ Covid Era Part 2 (May 2021-September 2022) The band stepped back from live shows due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and focusing on the sale of Merch. There were a few months of a pure break with Su, and Moa taking some time thinking about their future as they stated in an interview. This was a short few months (Their words) they went quickly back to work in less than a year logistically speaking as they spent time working on a new concept album the choreography and planning the massive world tour in 2023. The word hiatus is used a lot, and some idiots thought BM might never comeback or believe this was a true hiatus. Ignore their drama they just want attention, it was nothing like a true hiatus, people who claim it was are liars. They took a short break the girls took a few months to reflect but were back making their 4th album, working on the choreograph and setting up their largest world tour in the groups history. You must be an idiot to think they set all of that up in like 2 months. Momoko had a very very short stint in a Korean Idol Competition Show called Planet 99. She performed perfectly, better than most of the other girls in the show. She even got the most votes in a small side competition destroying all the other 98 girls in the show in votes. This won her some hair dye (She was blonde for a bit). Ultimately be it dumb BM fans thinking the side competition was the actual competition, how the judging was heavily skewed to Korean voters, the fact that her fate was tied to 2 other girls one Korean and one Chinese, and or possibly ridged voting something the company producing the show has done in the past, Momoko was eliminated in the very first round. The Other One (October 2022-April 2023) They had released 5 songs on KZbin, and they performed a show in January 2023 where they performed these new songs leading up to the released of their Album in March with 10 new songs. During January and February shows Su and Moa were supported by Momoko. On April First (Fox Day) Their new show played many new and old songs as well as officially made Momoko Okazaki aka Momometal the official 3rd member. Bringing Babymetal back to a 3-member unit once again. This all kicked off their world tour in touring with Sabaton in Europe then Asia and Australia, and tours in US in the fall and a solo tour in Europe in winter, with a tour finally in Japan in 2024. All of this is proof there was no true hiatus, just sensational fans who want to make things more dramatic than they truly were. They spent some time in October to do a festival in Japan and perform with Bring Me the Horizon in their song Kingslayer live for the first time. They completed Legend MM a 2 day Birthday Bash for Momoko’s 20/21 birthday (They missed her 20th). Their choreographer from the very beginning has been Mikiko Mizuno (Mikikometal). She is one of Japan's top choreographers.

BABYMETAL had a concert in San Francisco on April 24th where they had two openers: Dragonforce and Dethlok. Yes, you have read that right.

I absolutely love that! I haven't had the chance to see Dragonforce just yet, but I have seen Dethlok, and I had such a fun time listening to them! But that is a super fun line up for sure! You get the animation from Dethlok, and the absolutely monster live performance from Babymetal, and I am sure Dragonforce has something, I need to see their live videos as I am sure they bring a really fun show as well!

🍑 ⚡ 💕 / 🏴 🏴 🏴 "Stand up and shout, Shout!, Justice Forever!" - (Road of Resistance) This was the twelfth song of a fourteen song set. It has often been used as a final song or encore. Rarely as an opener. BABYMETAL's choreographer is MIKIKO (Mizuno). She has also worked with the J-pop group Perfume on staging and choreography since their inception, developed dance routines for Sakura Gakuin (where BABYMETAL originated), and has her own experimental dance troupe, ELEVENPLAY. Mikiko was an original faculty member of Actors School Hiroshima (ASH), which Su attended when she was very young. She also created the choreography for Su's first pro singing group Karen Girl's.

Yes, they opened a Wall. Babymetal doesn't worry about Walls of Death too much due to their Fan distribution 40% females and all ages between 5 and 85. They self regulate pretty much. So accidents are limited and in most countries health insurance us good enough that the locations are not bothered.. So their insurrances Arendt really bothered. It is interesting how nany insurrances they nornally use.
