Using coconut sugar, date sugar and real maple syrup as sweeteners. I still use regular sugar when I bake for others. Making healthy smoothies helps with my sugar cravings. Congrats on your progress!!!!! xo

You are not the only one on this struggle bus with sugar. I hope you can overcome that addiction. It's been a tough road. Especially if stress triggers it.

Just now watching this… I got into the habit of dating my notes and giving them titles in a certain way when I was attending college… and I still do it the same way, all the time. My journaling is always dated. I have been thinking about note-taking a lot lately… and journals. I’m trying to make my planning and journaling more streamlined lately.

I fully understand that. And on the nights I do sprints as part of the Heart Breathings group, I struggle with it. Some nights it goes completely out the window.

My bedtime is around 1:00 am and I get up around 8:30 or 9:00 am. My supper is around 6:00, maybe 6:30. I usually skip breakdfast and lunch and fill up on coffee! I know--not healthy, but that's me. I do tend to start eating again around 8:00 to 10:00.

I would always use my own ISBN for an eBook, just makes sense to me
