I recommend using a small rag for grip because crappie gets very slimy. Also, once you get past the tail, grab behind where you are cutting, so you don't slice your hand open. Nice haul 🤙

Nice teaching, just please teach him to cut AWAY from his body. Last thing you want is a filet knife cutting your hand, arm or stomach.
