Definitely was a rough time in 2020, hope you’ve found something good since then! I was finishing up a rotational program at that time so had to hustle to find an off program role while there were multiple lay offs & plant closures. It was a scary time.

I agree! Great content :) Also I like to have a skills section where I put in the word salad of skills and side experience I’ve had. That doesn’t necessarily stand out in the expertise part.

Hmm, my recommendation would be not to for an interview. But could be appropriate for daily attire to the office or certain events. You can still wear a long dress for interviews but try to stick to neutral colors like black, navy, or dark gray with little to no patterns.

Good question! I think it depends on the style. My recommendation is close toed and a neutral color like black or nude. Hope that helps and sorry for the late response!

Open toed wedges that could be cute for daily wear to the office depending on the company culture! But I recommend something close toed and simple for an interview.
