I love your videos, I've seen almost all of them. The editing is great, I love the special effects and the terrain is excellent. If you'd be so kind, I'd like to know what software you use for it. Congrats on the wife and move. 5PFH is a great game, that's what brought me here in the first place. There's not enough sci-fi actual plays on KZbin. I'm loving the story so far, keep up the good work. 👊 P.S. I miss the beard!

@@HausofCraft thank you so much! I appreciate the kind words. The beard kinda comes and goes, been keeping it short for summer! To edit and do VFX, these days I use Da Vinci Resolve and its built-in compositing engine Fusion. I have also used Adobe's software-- I have a professional background in editing work that mostly used Premiere Pro/After Effects -- but you can't beat the price of 'free' for a fully-featured NLE suite! I also use royalty-free stock effects for things like sparks, smoke, blood, and of course, sound effects. Mostly royalty-free, at any rate; sharp ears might catch a few familiar-sounding ambiances and SFX from a few of my favorite sci-fi videogames... Most of them came from libraries with free samples, like ActionVFX or Action Essentials.

Man this was good u did a good job of the snow terrain looks class also the enemy looked class AVE loved all ya 5 pfh but the way look and your format for this one is the best yet lad nice on and you are right me and my bro play we have 2 crews and decided instead of just making the skirmishes bigger to balance because we are like 20 plus missions in with a massive universe to explore the way we do it with story's and ship travel and ship combat etc we thought only 3 of our crew can join an away mission the rest of the crew are the ones who keep the ship safe or somthing also some pre battle events disallow you from taking a character to the next battle making u change up who we take makes it much more interesting but that's how we manage coop with 2 crews so it's not to easy also we bumped the difficulty right up like it shows u in one of the books coz it was getting 2 easy but we don't want to start again this is like a legacy campaign for us u know there is no end unless we write it in as part of the story arc

Looks great! Epic game. The combo with the fire rune was good, taking the bear, wolf and almost the dragon, altho actually not according to the rules, which state it cannot be placed within 3" of an adversary 😅
@CorwinsTabletop
@CorwinsTabletop 8 ай бұрын
Thanks! Where do you see that 3" thing? The versions of the books I've used (original and revised) just state 1) you can't overlap or touch models when you place your token, and 2) it must be on a large enough surface to hold the rune (token has to fit entirely on the terrain)
@gcygnet8817
@gcygnet8817 8 ай бұрын
Ah, i guess i interpreted the rune rules differently, indeed it looks like its only the token of the rune, not the area of effect of the rune thats taken into account according to the picture on page 70. Wow these runes are overpowered.

This was a pretty great battle and a really good diversity of adversaries. Heroes were properly heroic and the production value was appreciated, although you could have left the cards up on screen a little longer; it was always a scramble to pause the screen before you'd already taken the card away. The dialogue audio was perfect. Lydia really needs to expand her vocabulary. lol.
