here is the funny thing, I have never opted in and I still get calls, in the process of settling $$$ with a marketing company for calling me 4 times without my consent and sending me a text message without my consent. I have been on the National DNC since 2022 and I still get these calls

i have one company call me without my consent about 6 times. they denied everything, I had solid proof which i presented to them with recordings of them leaving voice mails. I sent them a demand letter, the called to discuss and said they didn't do it, they never do this BUT for my inconvenience the will pay me xyz amount. ok just give away your money. Some of them are crazy

Wow, you messed this up so badly. Many phones cannot receive these RCS messages, and it seems you only send out important messages via RCS with no backup. This means I can't read the PIN CODE for my new mobile phone delivery and therefore cannot receive my delivery. All the phone companies are very aware of this issue but you seem in no hurry to fix it?
