Insignificant in every lp, but from 5,25 minute in this song he remember what's the BLACK METAL, and make one of the most beautiful black metal riffs of all time .

I love this kind of Black metal. Uniquely mixed with a lot of different metal genres. I loved this song and listened it everyday when i was in high school..

When i bought my house the basement was completely unfinished. I finished it myself and did two layers of rockwool insulation in the walls and ceiling, aluminum rails on both the walls and ceiling for the drywall to screw into, two layers of 5/8 drywall, trying to keep the sound in reasonably well. Walls painted black, bm lords on all the walls (posters of Hoest and various other BM kings) got a studio down there. Candle sconces on the walls that I light the candles and turn off all the lights when i show someone the basement. What song do i play on my bigass PA system down there when I show them? This one. And I let them in right as the riff at 1:47 hits. Never disappoints. Shameless plug I'm a one man BM band show me some love if you like my garbage.

I know I already commented, but this song is just too good. I think the reason I love Taake so much is that the riffs have a groove to them, almost southern rock-ish. It’s pretty unusual for black metal. That final riff is akin to something from Blackfoot or Skynyrd. Hoest is just a killer riffer.

I’ve said to people for years, put this album on, skip to literally any part of it and you WILL Land on a classic riff. This album is a complete masterpiece. Not a single riff is out of place and every one of them are amazing.
