Thank you for this lecture. I read on an official ayurveda website going for a short walk after cleaning the face and mouth (before the oil massage). You didn't mention this in the video. Would you recomment going for a walk outside in the middle of the morning routine?

Thank you for your question. Going for a short walk after cleaning the face and mouth doesn't disrupt the flow of your morning routine. It is a good practice to engage in a brisk walk, as it helps stimulate circulation and gently warms the body. After the walk, you can then do the massage (Abhyanga) and proceed with Gandusha, bathing, yoga, meditation, and breakfast.

Thank you! This was helpful! Today I found your webinar and thus your channel! Since a little while I am trying to step by step find out Information about the ayurvedic nutrition principles. And so I came to wonder what Ayurveda would say about intermittent fasting and fasting considering the dosha types. I am grateful for your suggestions and the knowledge presented. I want to try intermittent fasting now again incorporating what I learned here and also want to check out fasting for one day in a week or in 10 days. It would be very interesting how to prepare these vegetable soups for a whole day fasting.🎉

Dear Dr. Sharma. You said how important it is to wake up before sunrise (6.00am). Now I live in Switzerland and the actual sunrise is at 7.55. am. So do I anyway have to get up before 6.00 am even if sunrise here is later ? Thank you for your kind answer. K.R. Lydia

Dear @lydiar3520, It is good to get up before the Kapha-time of the day starts (which is 6:00 - 10:00 a.m.). In Europe we have of course different sunrise times in different seasons, leading to later sunrises in winter and earlier ones in summer.

Alles Gute.

Emotions are also a mirror of our relationships with other people and life experiences. Can you elaborate a bit on the ayurvedic approach on topics like toxic relationships, disappointmets and deep offenses, self esteem or depth psychology? For example: Sometimes it is not possible to change the toxic environment or we were traumatized in childhood, how can we apply ayurvedic/yogic approaches to those kind of sufferings? Thanks so much for your wonderful contributions. :)
