No, saying “these ones” or “those ones” is NOT grammatically incorrect, though many people believe the opposite to be true. Those particular phrases are often frowned upon (more so in US English than British English) but have been around for centuries in both formal and informal writing (government, linguistic, theatrical, etc. documents/ plays/ books). Though many might proclaim them to be incorrect, many linguists do not agree. The idea of those phrases being incorrect is actually relatively new from what I understand, only emerging within the last century or less. The Oxford History of Classical Reception in English Literature, for example, uses the phrase, “these ones.” To conclude, phrases such as “these ones” are NOT incorrect, but are largely stigmatized and disliked (which also does not make them incorrect, however much those people might wish that they were). They might be a bit redundant, but redundancy also does not make them incorrect.

I notice you now sell lot higher value stuff only in your store where before used to sell lots low evd stuff. Did you make a conscious decision to only sell higher value stuff and clear all the cheaper stuff out of your store?

I worked on my avg sale price 👍🏻 at first I build my store up with whatever I could while I learnt what I was doing. Then once I had a backlog of stuff to keep me afloat I worked on figuring out what sold fast and for the best profit. My avg sale price went from about £12 to £40. And I get to sell less for more which is also nice.

@@FlippingSlothThanks I have a store of over 1000 items and sell through is over 1% a day but sell a lot of media which is low value Is it best just trying to slowly clear the old low value stuff with higher value bigger margin stuff in your opinion?

@@bezzle123 I did it over two and a half year. I just slowly stopped picking up slower low value items and focused more on items that sold for more and faster 👍🏻 my eBay is 850 listed 550 sold in 90 days.

That's why i avoid buying electrical goods as you can never test them only place i used to go where you could test them was studley in (Redditch) and that was a massive car boot and was open for years till the land owner died and the family shut it (was a shame) as it was great as the family wanted to sell the land for houseing till they found out the old boys will saying they couldn't 😂🤣

Well I’m not going to wait potentially months to sell everything to put together videos so I show sold listings on eBay that are of an average price , so I don’t pick the outliers. If it’s an image of a sold I’ve made I add text to show it’s sold before the video is live 👍🏻 clearly you dislike every aspect of my video so maybe don’t watch anymore yeah 😂

If a seller says something works and it doesn't you are legally entitled to a refund for it. I have taken things back to a bootsale the following week and demanded my money back - and got it! You've even got proof as you are recording the transactions...

When I was 11 I bought a single barreled 12 bore of a stall at our local church car boot here in the uk its stock was missing but other than that it was all working. Needless to say my mum took it back and verbally laid waste to the hapless stall holder. I'm now 47 how things change
